Dr Sorenson is great.was able to take on my son as primary care quickly and address his issues with great concern. Have had him as my primary for a few years and never had a problem. Easy to talk to and through their web portal am able to get quick responses.

Given the current state of our world.i appreciate and am very happy to have Dr Williams and his staff in my world. They do a great job of really trying to take of me as well as respecting my opinions. I'm very fortunate to have them as my primary care

Worst medical facility I’ve ever dealt with. It’s dirty. The Medical Assistant for my provider is absolutely worthless. Doesn’t call back or reply to messages in the portal in a timely manner. They call their MAs nurses but they are not nurses because they do not have nursing licenses. (Which is fraud) They do have some very competent staff I just have not had them consistently and my MA is NOT one of them. There is no chain of command that a patient can reach out to when needing assistance. I’ve been in the medical profession for 25 + years and have never seen such a disgraceful practice. I can’t wait to find a new practice, unfortunately Chico isn’t the best place to find prompt medical care.

Dr Williams is the best. I had a colonoscopy today was a little scared. But it was not bad at all thk you dr Williams and the nurses
