Kenia was a great help and had superb customer service when I went in to buy my new 2022 Camry SE. She helped on getting me the best deal possible, especially during these trying times! Would definitely recommend checking out Manhattan Beach Toyota when looking to get a new car. 10/10 experience!

Toyota dealer full of scammers do not go here. You will go in for one little simple issue and come out with a bill over 3 thousand. They scam and upcharge you on everything that doesnt even need to be replaced. The service advisors are just trying to upsell and rip you off. The management is awful especially guy named Carl is so dang incredibly rude. Would not recommend going to this location. Try the south bay one instead.

I went to Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership yesterday due to my low tire pressure light came on while I was in the area. I had a nail in my tire, and they refused to fix or replace my tire although they had one in stock, due to me not having my original receipt, although it clearly stated in their system the date I purchased the tires from a different Toyota dealership. They were of no help, offered to put my spare on and placed my tire in my backseat. How unprofessional is that. I was so disgusted with the whole situation and their unprofessionalism that I had to make a review. I called the dealership where I purchased my tires from this morning in Ohio, and they stated you do not have to have the original receipt in order to replace the tire, since it was covered under warranty and showed that the tire was in fact purchased from Toyota. This experience was unacceptable, and could have been completely avoided, if someone wanted to do their job. I do not recommend the service department at Manhattan Beach Toyota.

My salesperson Emiko Strickland made my experience at Manhattan Beach Toyota a very pleasant one. She was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car. I’m very pleased with my purchase! I would definitely recommend Emiko Strickland and Manhattan Beach Toyota to my family and friends.

Awesome experience with this dealership. In a time where inventory of vehicle selection is low and demand is high, Adrian Flores took the time and energy to focus on finding us the vehicle we were looking for. Other dealerships we had reached out to said all the right things, but never followed up or kept a constant line of communication with us. Adrian on the other hand made us feel like our vehicle search was his priority. He found the vehicle we wanted and worked on giving us a price we were comfortable with. Highly recommend the dealership and would definitely return for future purchases.

I had called a couple days ago to speak to my service advisor in regards to some repairs that were recommended on my last visit for my, I was told he was would call me back which unfortunately he did not, so I contacted the dealership the next day and the same female I had spoken to the day prior picked up she mentioned that she would need to schedule an appointment in order for the advisor to speak to me in regards to the repair (s). So I was a little hesitant because I didn’t quite remember what was urgent and what could wait that’s why I wanted to speak to my service advisor however She insisted she could help me with my inquiries. After a few questions I realize that unfortunately she was not capable to answer my questions and was quite incompetent. I respectfully told her she wasn’t giving me the answers that I needed and once again I asked her if I could speak to my service advisor and she said she could try to transfer me over to “a” service advisor but she then said: I was one of many customers that was inquiring to speak to their service advisors but that they have to give priority to all the clients that were physically at the dealership and had appointments, At that point I wasn’t sure why she was so insistent of making the appointment herself maybe she’s on commission? Or maybe she’s already had some type of disciplinary action in regards to her customer service or not making her quota? I don’t know. So after spending all this time I decided to let her know I would seek my repairs somewhere else and in a very sarcastic customer service tone she ended the call by saying “You can decided to call elsewhere sir goodbye “
I hesitated to write this review but at the same time I decided to voice my concern because I could be one of many other customers that frequent this dealership and might encounter similar situations, and for the record I haven’t had any negative experiences at the service department before this is the first time that I encounter something of this nature. I Purchased one of my three vehicles at this dealership and usually bring them all here for maintenance since they are all Toyotas and this is my local dealer however I will have to seek future maintenance and repairs at a different location after this unpleasant event

Look no further! I purchased a 2022 Highlander with Brenan and he made the process smooth considering we were driving from out of town. I would definitely recommended Brenan and Manhattan Beach Toyota to my family and friends!

Manhattan Beach Toyota has the best quality customer service. They try to understand what exactly ur looking for without all the pressure of buying a car. Beautiful Selection to compliment your budget. Great prices without the overbearing mark up. Toyota care is a must.

Joey, Armando, David and everyone at this dealership were very considerate, respectful and patient. After visiting several dealerships for the past two months, I found a place where I felt comfortable, didn't feel pressured and was treated as a valued customer. There was no mansplaining, no personal questions or snarky remarks, which after many awkward and disrespectful encounters at other places, I highly appreciate and I'm grateful for. Joey was beyond kind and agreed to be my passenger all the way to Palms, as I was nervous to drive the car by myself for the first time. Who else would do that? Highly recommend.

My daughter bought her car a RAV4. She picked it up on Saturday cause it was on back order But Leo Frias was very helpful and attentive of all her questions and concerns So Thank you very much for your service. I also want to thank Charly for helping us also with all the paper and beginning the process will be back in the future

I have bought two cars this year 2019 From Carol Gutierrez and finance Manager Bob Barham Jr. Both times I dealt with these two individuals. My experience was pleasant not at any point in time did I feel pressured or lied too. Carol was very professional and Bob made sure I got the best deal. Thank you.

We went in to buy a car. Juan Turcios met us at the door and helped us through the process. We test drove 3 vehicles. And in the end left with a 2022 Avalon Limited. I would highly recommend that "when" you visit Manhattan Beach Toyota you ask for Juan Turcios directly. He was patient, kind, not pushy at all and he helped us negotiate a great deal on a beautiful car.

I had my break's changed. On my way home I noticed my truck shacking. When I got home I realized that my right front tire was not screwed on all the way. Thank God I didn't get on the fwy that day because of too much traffic, or who knows what would of happen with my tire flying off at high speeds. All I got was a sorry and them asking me not to do the survey if I was going to give them a bad rating. I was going to do it but they never sent me one. Even after I asked for one a couple days later.

Absolutely hands down one best experiences in my 20 years in the car business. Ken Howard, Ron and his entire team truly take it to the next level for their customer care and satisfaction. His care and attention truly made me feel like family in the 3 months we worked together on allocating my dream car.

Jonathan of Manhattan Beach Toyota was very helpful and accommodating. He was very patient and answered all our concerns and questions. We’ve been looking for a car for months. He called periodically to update us about the inventory. As promised, he called us the night before. We drove up early the next day and he helped until we were able to buy one. I will keep his number because I feel confident that I could even recommend him to my friends and family.
