Horrible place. Do not pick up cars here. The lot is huge and nobody wants to help especially the night shift at is always better to have your car tower to you.

They are a scam, I purchased a BMW for 7k, they’re car report said NO check Engine light.
When I receive the car, it has a check engine light with 7 codes!
Complete scam!

Fahn (not sure how to spell it) hung up in my face while trying to get information. Please have better customer service! Terrible experience. DO BETTER

Do not buy cars from Manheim California. We purchased a car December 2021 and still haven’t received the title.

This place is full of people who literally don't care about anything
The purchased car was blocked by 4 NON running cars and with no keys, management is a joke here

Everything is set up, cars with condition report of 5.0 is not even driving, UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLES

Good place to work for the day. An easy 70 dollars for 4 hours work driving cars through the auction. Get there early if you want to work. 100 driver's are needed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. A valid CDL is required.

Not much of a savings as you're accustom to seeing from this place! Basically a rip-off, and will definitely cut into ur profits! I definitely recommend shopping for better deals elsewhere.

It's a auction and this one is organized and cars are running and driving in lanes and it's open for in lane bidding.

I purchased the vehicle 67 days ago and I have not received the title yet,
after 7 days of my claim in Arbitartion still I have not received the title, when I called Arbitartion she was lying and she was rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste of your money and your Time on this location.

I'm from Utah and I made it about 10: 00 pm.was going to unload in the morning.but the guard there said it was no parking over night. I said where do I go? And he said parallel to the street I was on.drove over there.almost crashed cause I was so tired.it was crowded with trucks and street noise.you have to throw us a bone to us out of Towners.if you don't know who is who.look at the license plate.

Our finance company used to sell cars through Manheim. However, we found they were essentially pick-a-parting our cars by removing rims and tires from our cars before sale, thus devaluing them. I would not recommend them for any small business.

Not impressed visiting this action. Probably I'm going back but not sure it all. I'm sure you can get better deals on the street, since everything is AS IS.doesn't really matters.

Worst service! Never resolve questions. They never call back. Never do anything. They only charge more money at every car! Worst company!

Is ok, not perfect but ok, prices are good on the more expensive vehicles but then again, you get what you pay for. Security is helpful, some are just too lazy to even try to help you, AND PLEASE, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM FREAKING PORTA POTTIES

One star is too much for this unprofessional, driver-hated, and human-hated facility. Kicking off the parking lot drivers, who works for them. Braking federal law, knocking in drivers cabs, waking up them, and commanding to move out, because no overnight parking for tired drivers. During morning time harrassed that came 1 hour earlier before it opens, forced to move out by security. And it is not on the auction day (Wednesday), even not a night before, but on Monday. This place is looking for a law suit. Very bad place!

Security was extremely helpful when I couldn't find 2 of the 4 I went for. Small lot. Easy to get around, and on a Sunday, it's nice and quiet.

The security are a lot nicer. I have bought several cars with out a problem. Good location. They could do better with helping find your car. This is a huge lot.
