They clean and DETAIL CAR and return them to a lot called SIMS, AND SUMMER TIME THAY GET REAL DIRTY AND WINTER TIME REALLY MUDDY CAUSE IN THE WINTER SIMS LOT FLOODS AND IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY TO GET THE CARS REDETAIL AGAIN CORPORATE EXECUTIVES SHOULD COME AND LOOK FOR THEM SELFS. To see first hand how THEIR MONEY IS BEING SPENT. WHAT A WASTE.

Be expecting every possible negative thing with those guys. Super lazy staff, don't like to do the extra mile from their customers whatsoever and they don't mind hanging up in you. Zero out of 10!

Wow! That's all I can say.was really looking forward to working with manheim auctions because they seem friendly and better organized. With that being said I was beside myself at the stupidity of this woman I had an encounter with. As she was walking I simply asked her which way was out she proceeded to say "i'm off, i'm done for the day" really so you can't point me in the right direction? I said are you going to the parking lot? "I'm mean i'm off, done" as she flicked her lee press ons towards me. I was so taken back. I mean hello she acted like I asked her to draw me a damn map with color.she spent more time flicking her nails and telling me she was off then it would have taken to say "the way out is to the left around the building" which is what another guy told me who was apparently still on the clock. Anyway, I get it, you didn't have what it took to be a real cop and you barely make minimum wage but damn human courtesy.

The one star is too much, I be dealt with so many different auctions this one is by far the worst, taking my business elsewhere, spend your money elsewhere where customer service is important, business office staff have no clue of what’s going on, title over 50 days every time I get a different story, I be called over 15 times and same idiotic questions every time. Stay away I will do that and tell all my dealer friends to stay away.

Security there was the worst I've ever seen the basically didn't want to get my vehicle that was already paid for out for me and or have somebody go unlock the gate so I can get it out so I end up having to stay in a hotel and pay an extra $150 for the evening instead of getting my vehicle and leaving

Campground for the beat up motor homes, they need to clean up the street and parking lot. There is nowhere for people that do buisness with you to park.

Condition reports are not accurate, car had smoke smell when in CR it said odor was ok! Also the block needs to give more time for online bids to go through, before they close the bid. Multiple times my online bids were not considered because the block cudnt wait few seconds for online bids to go thru. Btw does anyone in manheim management even read these reviews?

Titles are never on time. Almost every time have to pay dmv extra fees because they delayed on title. Need to have better process. Must penalize dealers for not turning in transfer docs on time.

I have worked at Manheim for gosh, alot of years. I am an auto mover, and I drive the auction once a week. The job has it's perks. I like driving all the different cars, and I've made some good friends there too. Come and check it out if you have a dealers license, come and get some great buys. If you only have a driver's license, with a clean driving record, come and drive these cars.

Manheim sells cars gets paid and NEVER has a gate pass printed wasting drivers time and fuel.sitting out hear in front of Hayward Manheim forced to leave without the vehicle.

We bout 5 cars on November 1st. One was declined, And we were able to bring other 4.
Now it is December 15 and we still don’t have the titles for two of the cars we bought. Everyday we call and get same answer “Titles are not in yet” I have no idea how can’t they get the titles with almost two months time? If you don’t have the power to receive the titles from seller then y would you sell their car to someone?
And yeah employees are totally irresponsible. Last thing they told me was “you can return the cars back and we will pay your money” it is like I have opened a public parking to keep people’s cars in my lot.hope I receive titles this time in future I will do all my best to stay away from this auction.
If I could I would have given them half star but there is no such option.
They didn’t even give me a piece of paper. The staff is only really good at receiving money that is it.

Great place to work. BMW's, Toyota's, Fiat 500's sell very well there. Up to 3,000 cars for Wed auto auction available for dealers to purchase. Not open to public

Lack of quality vehicles, bad bad arbitration employees, and lots and lots of shill biding are all good reason to keep your wallet in your pocket. Don't trust the arbitration department here, get everything in writing. Will pin anything they can on you, by far the worst Mannheim in the state of California. The need to flush the staff here like a toilet.

Dealer only auto auction located in hayward. Staff are kind and cafe is pretty good. Serves over 1000 vehicles a week.

So.its bad ass place on the world, system is not work properly, they can't say where car park, 2000-3000 cars on lot and supervisor told me go and help yourself. Computers not working scanners not working.even security he under drugs or alcohol I don't know, but he looks abnormal (eyes red, mouth open, hands shake, he can't talk clearly.he can't walk, I give you 5star when you change this place name (mad house!)

Excellent Staff but my car is never where it is supposed to be. To who uses the cars to drive and find the one that they are picking up, PLZ STOP!

Very disappointed, worst Manheim ever. Bought few cars and had stracture / frame damaged not disclosed. Arbitration worst by far. Stay away.
