Had my car repossessed about a month ago I payed off my car finance so I can retrieve my car back and when I went to get my car back it came back without one of my license plates I made a complaint and no one tried helping me with this problem. WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE. Apparently they stole my license plate with my year and month sticker.if I could I would give 0 stars.

Purchased a car online with green light guaranteed nothing in CR, when I came to pick it up it ended up been no runner, overheating, with lots of internal damage they didn’t disclose! Arbitration held the car for 3 months and only offered to cover half of repairs, after I declined they closed the case without paying anything! Very suspicious activities at that location

Very bad location. This is the second time we purchased vehicles and both times had SAME issues, missing keys. Apparently people working on the lot are stealing keys to sell them on ebay. Auction took over 2 weeks each time to make keys. Great service

Absolutely horrible arrogant service, will stop all purchases at this location.money has cleared and they have received the funds but don"t receive the vehicles and they say it does not matter that they have received the money they have a right to hold the vehicles. It does not matter what I am telling them. It actually does, because its not too hard for us to stop all business with Mannheim- their attitude towards customer is like any monopoly would have.

I hope no ever has to deal with this place! They held my car for 6 days giving me the run around about reports they need to do. All I gotten was the run around like I said I hope no ever has to deal them to get your car back terrible customer service. No empathy for a single mother keeping my car for days!

Place is terrible! Everyone is out to lunch and very bad customer service. Don't come to this place at all. Avoid at all cost.

Make an appointment to wait an hour at the redemption service. Since the moment I arrived every person who picked up their vehicle from here had complaints in regards to their car. Messed up one key hole car wouldn’t even open and another the key hole had the key stuck in it and they couldn’t get it out. Worst service hire people that know how to work.

Why schedule an appointment? Noone will help you. Especially if they have a lunch break where the whole damn front desk crew goes on lunch for an hour leaving noone to man thr helm. Extremely POOR professionalism.

People are RUDE AF even if your super nice to them ESPECIALLY the REDEMPTION DEPT they dont try to help you at all.

Very, very unprofessional staff. I hate doing business with Manheim auctions because its you against Manheim. They treat you like s*** from the front office to auction floor your nothing to Manheim.

I'm a car hauler, I pick up cars from here everyday. For auto carriers, you enter at gate 1.it's the first gate or entrance on your right, when you make a left or right on beech Ave.
Sometimes it's really busy with guys loading their trucks, you'll have to wait for a spot. Early mornings, or late evenings are best. Your in out.

Brilliant as always. Functional and friendly. Must remember to bring an empty bottle to fill with their delicious and cold complimentary water before venturing out onto the vast lot into the lanes.

Great auto auction for wholesale licensed dealers with wide variety of automobiles from new to and old classics.

Watch out if you ever want to become a dealer they stick thier small dealers with sub standard cars by lure of internet with fake condition reports and always on the side of big Banks and rental company's and oh ya never wrong they must go to the school of how to get out of anything even if it's the fault of the auction watch out!

Manheim Southern California is a great place to purchase a dealer vehicle. They have a large variety of cars and trucks, while maintaining a professional and upscale environment. Their offices are large, organized, and clean. However, I wish there was more parking. I always have a hard time finding any parking spot.

We'd really like to take the time to commend Robert, your head of security. He really took the time to listen to our concern and offer a fair resolution when some of the other staff didnt seem to be able to or care to. I wish there was more space for parking. There are always cars here that look like they're just being stored for the day or week. I had to drop my boss off & drive around until he was finished cause there was no parking that weekend.

Manahiem management is not doing there job as supposed to be lately me and my group have realize some serious issues with vehicles from manahiem almost 8cars this month with bad engines or transmission and they been rated hight on manahiem app so why would you still make as pay $255 for each car and you have fake inspection and fake rate!? THOSE CARS IS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE (TRA) OR SOME ONE ANNOUNCE CARS WITH BAD ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION.

Call an hour before posted closing hours, they leave early and don't have anyone to assist you. I'm not sure what the point of having posted hours is if you won't have people till that time. Other than that they are very nice and helpful compaired to other companies
