HONDA is an excellent product and They make shopping for a car very easy. Svetlana is a top car saleswoman and knows her trade. Work with her, she is very smooth and you never feel like your wallet is her private playground.

Brought our Honda to them, they spent time to look over the buy back, and gave a us a fair quote. Alex Iniguez was professional, courteous and fair. I Recommend bringing your vehicle here for a fair market appraisal.

I was very stressed about the car buying process after having just returned to the states from serving overseas but Abraham and the team at Manly Honda truly went above and beyond to not only get me the car I wanted but finding me a great month payment and a reasonable downpayment. I cannot thank them enough!

I went in this morning @8AM to leave them my car since they were going to check my USB port and they were going to provide me with a rental for the day since I had work @9AM. Everyone was very kind and helpful other than this one VERY RUDE girl. I was sitting in the waiting area for about 20 min and I went up to her myself to just ask her how long it would take. From the first moment I can just sense her bad vibe … I was up in line and there was a lady behind me and she wanted to help her first, but I disclosed to her I was waiting for a while and had to get to work. The girl who was helping me worked in the rental car side of the dealership. I gave her my deceleration for my insurance and what not. She told me she had to give my insurance a call since it wasn’t”up to date”, but it was literally for this year. She was going to make the call and all I did was ask her “how long will this take cause I’ve been here since 8 and disclosed I had to be at work by 9” she very rudely said “you don’t have to give me that tone of voice” I was so confused because I asked a simple question. After she said that I told her “I’m not giving you a tone of voice I’m asking you a simple question” and she really said to me “well don’t try me cause I am not the one” can you believe how unprofessional that is? !? ! After she said that I did start saying some things to her not going to lie, but only because she was out of character. I replied to her saying “I really don’t care who you are just do your job” she literally hung up the phone and said “I don’t have to give you a rental you know? ” I replied to her “really, are you in charge here to be making those calls? ” After I said that she handed me my documents and said “I’m not going to give you a rental” as if she was in charge.keep in mind she said I had screamed at her, but never once did I raise my voice at this immature girl. She brought over her manager and she even stated she shouldn’t have talked to me like that. Moral of the story, if you guys go to the Honda dealership on Corby, DO NOT get helped by that girl named Janet in the rental car services. She is literally the most rude and nastiest person ever, worst customer service ever with her! Talking to me like if she’s on the streets and wanting to start something. Even if I was working and a customer was being rude, never would I reply the way she did and I wasn’t even being rude to her in the first place. I like Honda and all the employees in it, didn’t get the managers name, but she was very kind and helpful. This other gentleman named Scott who’s a sales consultant, stepped in and helped me out through the process as well. Janet you are the worst employee I’ve ever dealt with. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve gave them 5 stars, but she really ruined my experience there.

Our family moved here from Hawaii after 21+ years in the Marine Corps! We are so excited as we have purchased multiple quality vehicles from Manly Honda! The reason we came back was due to the exceptional customer service, and the non-harassment to buy, buy, buy or get moving that you receive from other dealerships. The attention to detail that Scott Longaker provided during the detailed checklist run down was exceptional! My daughter was comfortable learning the vehicle for her first car. Juan Meza provided us with the initial meet and greet and checked in with my family even though he was busy with multiple customers (Thank you, Sir!). As we moved forward to finalizing the deal. I spoke to the Sales Manager (Cory M.) and he was extremely professional and answered ALL of my questions with detail (Thank you Cory!) Lastly, I was walked through the entire deal by Tim Dang the Finance Manager who made my wife feel like comfortable about the financial portion. A true family owned business that really cares about the customer and not just the sale. I look forward to returning for another future purchase. Thank you all once again!

You should add onto your service website that you DO NOT PERFORM SERVICE ON OVERSIZED TRUCKS.we bought a truck at Many Honda, and signed up and PAID EXTRA for services like oil changes to be covered under warranty.and now that we are taking it in for one we are being turned away.

NO ONE likes unexpected auto expenses, but Jose at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa made it manageable, even pleasant.

I had been pulling a 6’x10’ trailer with my Honda Pilot, which was well within its towing range, but on the trip from Montana to California, the transmission fluid kept overheating. I didn’t understand why, but with an overheated transmission in the middle of the desert, that’s no good!

I did make it down though, but the trailer was empty, so I knew that I had to get this problem addressed before I pulled a full trailer all the way back to Montana.

I went to Manly Honda and explained the problem to Jose, and he immediately understood what the problem was. When I had the hitch put on my car, they hadn’t put the required transmission fluid cooler on it for pulling over 1000lbs.

Essentially it’s like a small little radiator for the transmission fluid, which is pumped out of the transmission through the little radiator in front of the normal radiator, and back into the transmission. So I had one put on. (See picture) Expensive, yes, but after the addition, the car pulled like a champ with a full trailer over the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Rocky Mountains with no trouble.

Jose made sure I was informed about what was happening, and he gave me several large discounts and worked with me on the price and the timing. I fully recommend Jose and Manly Honda!

Sales staff are cut throat and have no problem stabbing each other in the back.we purschased a vehicle they did a 100+ point inspection, took it to our own mechanic and within 20 minutes I was on my way to return the POS vehicle.now I see why used car dealers get a bad wrap.selling used cars as though they will run as expected, when they actually need $20k worth of repairs.

Went to get my Car service, they literally did not find anything when there was a flooded truck, and the timing belt was bad …. Spend $349 for nothing. Bad service, never buy a Honda.

Went it for a recall for my ignition. Someone joy rode my car. They put 2 miles on it. The recall work on mycar doesn’t need them to “test drive” my car.

My partner spent 2 months calling dealerships from all over the state. Each salesman he spoke to tried a different sleasly tactic to get him to overpay for the model he wanted. But when he spoke to the people from Manly Honda on the phone and in person, he got only good, genuine vibes from them. And best of all, they offered the price he had been looking and hoping for all along, which no one else was willing to offer. Our experience buying a car at Manly Honda made all the annoying phone calls to other dealerships worth it, because we found the right dealership in the end. One of the worst dealerships in Santa Rosa! I found a car on their website, made and an appointment to check it out when I went there they couldn't find it! So I wasted my time for almost 2 hours, and the worst part was they didn't bother themselves to apologize me! I called them later to complain about their service and whoever got my phone call was extremely rude and he didn't even let me talk! Do not recommend.

Amazing experience at Manly Honda with Miguel Villegas and others; what I remark mostly is that they are not pushy salespeople, at all. I tend to need to ask a lot of questions and need certain accommodations with respect to my Autism; they were not flinched one bit and treated me perfect.

I ended up buying one of their cars ~ my first Honda.
It’s definitely a nice, nice ride and I am very, very happy indeed!
