Manny was able to setup an appointment the day before and tell us what toilet supplies we needed for him to come and replace our 12-year old toilet. Manny was on-time, very nice and professional, and replaced our old leaking toilet with a brand new Koehler in under an hour. We've already scheduled for Manny to come back in February to replace our other toilets too as he was super fast and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Manny!

Our house got flooded because of a broken pump on New Year's Eve. Because of the heavy storm and New Year's Eve, the stores were sold out of pumps. Manny responded and stayed with us to hack up a solution until 6pm using the pumps we had on hand, and then came back right after New Year's to finish the job in the best way. He's dedicated, resourceful, fast, and also does it right.

I was referred to Manny by my HOA. Manny was able to come out quickly on short notice and was very upfront and transparent with pricing, and did a stellar job with descaling my water tank. He also offered lots of tips and guidance on how to be handy around the house and fix things myself, so that I could “save some money”:) Respectful, humble, efficient, and a great sense of humor. Last year I had Manny re-pipe my whole house to get rid of the rusting galvanized pipes, and based on that experience I calling him again this past weekend to run a gas line for a bbq in the back yard. In both cases, Manny provides clear scope and quotes, hits his budget, and does good work. He'll continue to be my go-to for anything plumbing related and I recommend him for anyone else looking for a good contractor.

Manny came within 1.5 hrs.on a total clogged toilet.
He removed obstructions to access first floor cast iron pipe and main pipe.
Manny's suggestion was to install a Y pipe with a clean out for future access.
All obstructions were replaced and toilet is working like a charm!

Manny is a really personable, nice and funny guy, but also very professional, really knows what he is doing and is reasonable with both price and time. I highly recommend him. He did a great job and I will hire him again. He also does General Contracting so we have already begun talking about some other projects with him. HIRE this guy - he is legit!

Manny reconfigured the rough plumbing in my laundry room and I was very happy with his work. He did what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it for.

The thermostat on the water heater at the restaurant that I manage broke the other day. I called Manny for an estimate and he was very quick with his response. Not only that, he was very patient with me all day as I continued to call him back with questions about different possible solutions. He was very thorough and precise with his answers. And he had the lowest bids by far! We ended up fixing the heater ourselves, but he has definitely been added to our Rolodex as our plumber!
