The most caring people. They treated our aunt as if she were family. The care and love they gave her was second to none. She was only there six months when she passed in her sleep in the middle of the night. We were there as the day shift came in. As the word spread of her passing, I could hear the sadness in their voices. Since we were there everyday during the six months, we became part of their family. Many of the staff members offered us sincere condolences and hugs. While I hope we don't need theis type of care any time soon, it is good to know this is here. God Bless them.

My gram recently broke her hip and had a 3 week stay. She has been reflecting about the great care and experience she had at Manor Care. There was a nurse named Joann who especially left her mark on her with her kindness. It gave me peace of mind to know she was in the hands of professionals such as these. She has made great recovery and we would recommend this facility to anyone in the area. Thank you

The stuff could care less if you need any help. They completely ignore when you call for help. I had a 45 minute wait to get help to go to bathroom. They come across nice & but just for show.

My Dad is currently staying there. The front receptionists are very kind. All of the nurses have been nice and patient with him. He has dementia so it brings me comfort that they are taking good care of him.

Nursing and CNA staff were caring and compassionate people who treated me with kindness and respect. Physical and occupational therapy staff were supportive, encouraging and worked with me to meet and exceed my goals as well as Kaiser’s. Food was good.

Friendly staff who are always around when you need. Very clean and plenty of wheel chair accessible ramps, doors and parking spaces.

MY TIME AT MANOR CARE WAS SO GOOD AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND UNFORTUNATELY MY ROOMS HAVEN'T BEEN CLEANED SO WELL SINCE I LEFT AND THEY ALWAYS HAD SOMETHING TO DO EVEN THE WEEKENDS AND THE THERAPY DEPARTMENT WERE REALLY THE BEST THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME TO THE POINT OF BEING ABLE TO WALK WITH MY WALKER UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAY AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTORS THAT I WOULD NEVER WALK AGAIN SO I HAD DECIDED THAT I COULD MAKE IT AT A ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY WHILE I HAD TO GET ALL OF THE PAPERWORK TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO PRESCOTT AZ SO THAT I COULD BE ABLE TO GET TO BE ABLE FOR A TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE TRIP AND I AM ONLY ABOUT 15 MINUTES FROM MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I UNFORTUNATELY I WILL SAY THAT LEAVING MANOR CARE WAS THE WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE BECAUSE OF THE FACT IT TOOK ME ALMOST 2YRS TO MAKE THE MOVE TO AZ AND UNFORTUNATELY THE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TAKE THE TIME TO HELP ME WITH THE WALKING SO I UNFORTUNATELY LOST THE WORK THAT I WAS ABLE TO GAIN FROM MANOR CARE SO THAT I HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN WHEN I GOT TO AZ AND I'VE GOT A GREAT THERAPY TEAM HERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY PARKINSONS HAS BEEN MAKEING MY PROGRESS VERY HARD

Neglectful, let my nana go into a diabetic coma, I walked in and she was seizering I had to give chest compressions till the ambulance arrived and scream for a nurse because no one checked on her in hours. That was 2 weeks ago.so while I wait for insurance to transfer my nana.today while visiting Andrea a bigger set girl long dark hair, with glasses at the front desk left a very older elderly man standing withought his umbrella he uses for a cane (I grabbed him asked if he was ok and did not let him fall) to prove to me they have signs about needing a mask on as soon as you enter the facility.this is how they treat older people in their care.
