Best Indian food I've EVER had. Would highly recommend the bread basket and the vegetable korma. But everything else there has been superb.

Service here is good usually. But today had to wait a good 25 min to get a check. And that too while it was maybe 50% occupied.

Vada in vada pao lacked salt. The puris for pani puri leaked. All the Pani I poured went directly on the table. I requested them for salt on the side, never appeared. Naan was lumpy. Okra though were fresh. Veg korma was ok. I did not try any non veg dishes. For the price, you have better choices for Indian cuisine, right on the same street.

Authentic, high quality Indian food. Definitely on the pricey side.
I recommend the Pani Puri Shots, Nimbu Chicken, and Chicken Chettinad (not a lot of meat though).

The place offers a large range of fresh food. I liked dining here. Staff members are always nice, prices are fair and the spot is always neat.

Staff is pathetic. The restaurant closes at 10: 00pm and they stop taking guests at 8: 30 pm! Utter chaos and mismanagement at the reception.

Worst experience here.first time went to check out this restaurant. It was day after thanksgiving they noted down our name and ph number for waitlist and never called.we dine in in Sukoon restaurant.ruined our time bad service.zero stars

My wife and I tried to have a normal dinner. We waited a long time to be seated, a long time to have our order taken, and then an eternity for food. Over an hour after we arrived we were still waiting and being ignored by the servers, who refused to even estimate how much longer it would take. They didn't seem to care at all. It's the worst service I've ever seen at a restaurant.

Good location and food. Friendly service as well. But little options for non alcoholic drinks. But overall 5 stars because the prices are excellent for this type of place.

Overall, the food was pretty good and the ambiance was nice. However the menu is misleading as the entrees do not come with rice, it needs to be ordered separately (and you really can’t eat the entrees without rice or bread). This might have been written on the menu somewhere but I didn’t see it. We came here thinking the prices were reasonable for a plate but I thought it was kind of expensive. They offer a lunch buffet so next time I will come for lunch and not dinner.

The food was great, but the service was kinda meh. We asked for a drink menu twice at the beginning of the meal — from two different people, and never got one.

True Indian flavors. Thier clay oven offerings/kebabs are really amazing. Should try thier nimbu chicken and peshawari chicken.

Thier cocktails aren't that great, but thier very authentic tasting Indian dishes won me over.

For chicken lovers, you also try thier chicken Chettinad curry.

Though I wouldn't recommend thier chicken biryani as it personally felt very dry.

Definitely a must try in the bay area!

Terrible food!
Asparagus cheese tiki - tasted like jalapeño cheese poppers, so nothing as unique as its name
Pav Bhaji - super oily bhaji, good quantity though
Pesto naan - good but doesn’t go well with the gravies
Dal Bukhara - the waiter told us that it would be like dal makhani, not at all! More like ghar ki daal
Kale kofta - the only decent item
Veg entree choices in the menu are painfully limited. Not a single offering with a tomato gravy. Even asked if they could make kadai paneer by making some modifications to malai paneer and they refused.
The waiter’s way of speaking and manner seemed like he was from a dhabha back in India - very curt and stiff.
The rating is only for the pretty seating area outside.

Good food! It's a fine dine place so expect higher cost. Four star only because of ambience. Constant movement of people and not very serene.

Great food and ambience! Liked to see some Jain options too which some of our friends preferred. We tried:
Asparagus cheese tikki and Cajun Panner Tikka - both were great.
Gobi Manchurian was not so great.
Malai Paneer and Laccha Paratha was a great combo.
Chole Bhature - just average
Vada Pav - total waste

Since we were celebrating a birthday, they gave this beautiful complimentary dessert plate. Loved the presentation, however the taste was sub-par, I wouldn’t look forward to the dessert section at least.

Overall, it’s a good place for some quality food and experience.

Food was delicious but the service took forever. Getting food to the table took more than an hour after we placed the order.

This is the worst service of a restaurant we have ever been in. The food is OK, but the wait and time to receive service, was over 25 minutes long. There was no waiting to eat, because there were plenty of tables and staff available. We caution anyone from going to this restaurant. Even the couple next to our table reported their chicken was all bone and no meat in their dish, and management never approached this couple until the food was cold at 25 minutes after it was reported. Just use caution!

Ate couple of times and both the times some ingredient was messed up. Too much salt once and too much coriander the other time.

Very bad experience with the service. Rude unapologetic staff that did not care for customer service or for customer orders. We were provided wrong order twice and were overcharged in the bill for food that never came. Food is very overpriced for the quality.

Tried to complain at the counter about the service but the staff did not care even then. This place is a ripoff.

Went there today to celebrate birthday. Regretting tremendously now why did I chose this place? (Main reason to select it was - outdoor sitting + working day so lesser crowd) Some major highlights:
1. Didn't get the intended order of bread till the end and had to eat whatever wrong order was served.
2. Poor quality of cocktails. (It was just water and ice)
3. Rude and insensitive behavior of staff on multiple occasions.
