I was in the emergency room with a pet, I texted and emailed that I needed to reschedule due to an emergency. They insisted I was a ”no-show”, which I have never done before. They kept my $125 gift certificate, and would not honor it. Disappointed

I will just start out by saying I've had memberships at Massage Envy and used them in multiple different states and a few other high rated massage therapist on the east coast as well as mid west and others in San Diego county. I express that I need my messages Hard, not soft not med but hard. From east coast to west coast I haven't found anyone. Male or female to be able to fulfill my needs.until I met Ms. Dao at Mantra Karuna.she was absolutely perfect.which is why I will be continuing care there. She knew exactly what my body needed.

Amy was so amazing. I had the hot stone massage and cupping done. She was very kind and educated on what she was doing. It wasn’t like some other places. She found my aches and pains. The place is quite, clean and very Zen. Definitely will be back!

I just got back from a massage with Jasmine and it was one of the best massages I have had! I booked a deep tissue massage and that is exactly what I got. Deep tissue is not for everyone but it is exactly what I needed and my body feels fantastic! I cannot wait to book another appointment with Jasmine. Also the place is very nice and you immediately feel relaxed walking into this space. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had a phenomenal first experience here, a 60 minutes couples massage for our anniversary last year and it was absolutely amazing 5 stars all around.

Now, everytime we've tried to go back since, our appointment has had to be cancelled. Everytime we've tried to book a certain date or time, the day of a few hours before the appointment we always get a message asking if we can reschedule to another day or push the time back to way later in the day or to separate our appointment (so we wouldn't be doing a couples massage and just individual and have to wait for the other). We were so excited when we first came there that we really wanted to make this our regular place but it's been a headache trying to schedule ever since. Very disappointing. This was our last attempt at giving this place another chance but again, the day of a few hours before the appointment we were asked to reschedule.

Mantra Karuna is the truly the best. Nok and the rest of the team are amazing! Everyone is so sweet and they are so good at what they do. I always feel amazing when I leave my appointment!

TBH… I’m not a massage kind of girl. But my friends begged me to try Mantra Karuna. Reassuring me that I will go back for more. Well…. Okkkkk. I went to Nok and WOW! I’m a huge fan now. It pains me to write this review because there are SO MANY positive ones, but here goes.
I walked in and was barely greeted by the person at the desk who seemed overwhelmed. She asked my name and pointed to a chair along the side. She didn't say anything to me at all. She was examining the appointment book which had me wondering if I had the right day or if something was wrong. My therapist was running a little late, which was fine, it happens. I booked a 60 minute massage and 15 minute head/scalp. Massage was good though I wish I wasn't face-down for so long. That's on me. I should've voiced my discomfort. My big issue was that I only had maybe a 5 minute scalp massage. I was really looking forward to it which is why I paid for it as an add-on. I don't know if she just spent too much time on the regular massage or what happened, but I also don't think I was in the room for the full 75 minutes. I was offered water or tea when I checked out, but didn't want an open cup of hot tea in the car for the drive home. The location was ok. I understand they just moved, but it's in the corner of what is almost like a strip mall. The inside seemed a little rough. Again, maybe still settling in after the move, but not what I was expecting based on all these reviews. I was really looking for a new spot, but sadly, I won't be returning.

I highly recommend Mantra Karuna. Nok has always been providing massages to my family and I and we all love her. Our daughters are dancers and they always say that Nok and her therapists massages are the best. Nok is a very caring, detailed oriented and talented person. Everything she does she puts her heart on it. Nok and her staff at Mantra Karuna are fabulous.

First time my wife and I were on Valentine's day (90 minutes couple) and we had one of the best massage of our life. We were so excited that we found such an amazing place. For this experience we give 5.

After one month we decided to go for another massage and was a disaster. The massage was not even close to the one on 14th of February. We were rushed. On top of everything the masseuses stopped after one hour even if we had 90 minutes. When they realized she started to perform such a bad head massage just to pass the time. I even asked her to move to shoulders because was soo annoying. Unfortunately we cannot return. It was $300 with tips included and it's unacceptable to get those services. For this experience is 1. I am very picky when it comes to massage therapist. I was a licensed Massage therapist many years ago for 5 years when I went into hiatus from being in product management. So I really know how to do massage the right way. I took a chance and went to Mantra Karuna. AVA did the massage on me. She was excellent and did the massage with he way I would have done it. She knew how to listen to my request. I finally found the right person. Thank you AVA!

The absolute best massage I’ve ever had! I went into the massage, unable to lift my left arm due to the type of work I do. My therapist knew exactly what to do for me. I left there with virtually no pain in my shoulder. Thank you, Sopa!

Beautiful experience doing Reiki healing. It was my cousin and I first time here and we both enjoyed the new experience. You feel so much more relaxed and aware of your thoughts and it’s nice how you get some insight as to how to move on carrying forward. I was informed that several of my chakras were blocked and how to keep them unblocked. Overall kind people here and beautiful environment. We shall be back.

I’m not one to go out of my way to post a review, but this massage was simply the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been getting massages regularly for about a decade now). 10/10 I walked out the most relaxed I’ve ever been.
