The tow driver arrived at my location before he could even begin service his attitude was so awful that I had to refuse service and call AAA again to request another tow from another company

I got a tow by the owner himself! Being in a car with a stranger can be a pretty vulnerable situation, however, Manuel made the ride home comfortable and enjoyable. This guy is is a true inspiration both for people who have immigrated to this country and people that want to be successful in life. Good conversation and hospitality! He even checked my car to let me know what was wrong with it, how much I should be paying for the replacement part, and offered services to provide me with the part I needed. Thanks again Manuel! The service they provided was very professional and fast! Chp called dispatch and had them call triple A let them know what exactly was going on and they also did let them know that I didn’t have any type of tools to fix it the flat tire but there is a spare in the car and they came and changed it for me I highly recommend them.
I called and asked for an eta for the tow driver the person on the other end was very polite and very professional he told that the driver was five minutes away and sure enough he showed up within the five minutes and got his tools lifted my card up and went to work and took off my pop tire and replaced it with my spare tire and it literally took less than five minutes! Thank once again I really appreciate the help and professional service you guys provided.

Tow truck driver tried to drive my car despite it leaking oil and caused my engine to fail. Contacted AAA and they will be reviewing their contract with them as I have evidence of video and photos of him trying to drive the car despite having a cracked oil pan. They declined to work with me to fix their fault as well. Low class and atrocious people they have working here. Avoid this trashy towing company and decline to have them pick your car up if recommended by AAA.

Manuels towing was on time, fast and reliable. Charlie did a great and professional job. Will be using Manuel's Towing services again.

Used them through AAA honestly i dont get all these bad reviews these guys were not the fastest but they did the job 2 other companies refused to even try to do and got me and my car safe very professional nice new tow truck and driver was very pleasent and understanding of my stress overall great service would recommend anytime dont mind those 2 year old hatefull reviews with only 5 words

Was the only 24 hour towing that had a driver available at 2am he said 30 minutes and he was there!

This company is absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! The service was horrible the employees were extremely rude both in the office and in the field. The supervisor Michelle has the absolute worst attitude on earth. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Seek any and all alternatives possible
