Love the area I'm in. Map property management made it so easy and hassle free with Getting my first place alone! They're a great team and just felt right!

I cannot say enough about how great MAP is to me and my family. From the moment we submitted an application to now, they have been nothing but a blessing to us. They are always there for anything we need and always in a prompt manner.

Patty has been an angel on earth for us. She is the most kind, patient and understanding person. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my family and I can't thank her enough.

Lived at my apts for 10+ years. Twice it got sold within mere months. New owners couldn’t manage PROPERLY so they hired this “management company”. In those 10 years my neighbors have been peaceful and quiet with the right manager. Since then, this management company has places rules and restrictions that caused almost everyone to move out. Horrible and dismayed at what I called home. Had to move out because they didn’t allow dogs or cats. How are we supposed to live comfortably if we cannot have our pets with us? Horrible company. Only out for profits! Not for basic human needs.

* I also checked their listings…. Why is a one bedroom and one bathroom listed as over 2k? ! Ridiculously outrageous! And the deposits are more than the rent? ! The heck is that all about? Again, they only care for profits

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company to rent from. They are very rude, the owner Laurie is very rude, they are not customer oriented people. The lady patty is not professional at all, the lady in charge of fixing maintenance request is also rude and is always hostile. I always felt like i was not been understood and the whole time i was renting i was always keeping my distance from them. I wanted the least possible interaction with them because of how the whole office acts with you. Please if you are reading this please don’t rent from them. Not a good experience at all. Owners please don’t hire them to manage your properties because they will treat your tenants horrible.

We absolutely love the MAP Team they are always amazing to help us find a better place for our family, this is our second apartment they helped us find and we love it here, they did everything for us to secure this place we are thankful for Patty Ruiz and the whole team thank you guys for all your help.sincerily Family Velazquez.
