Dont get this insurance! They prey on the poor. They advertise themselves at hispanic markets (ie: Northgate Market). But they suck! I got in a car accident July 7th, 2022. The guy at fault was covered by MAPFRE. Getting reimbursed for my damages through them was a complete nightmare. The person assigned to your case changes every week, they all work on the same case. They are rude over the phone (when you eventually get the right person on the phone). The paperwork they sent me was incomplete. I had to ask them four times to re-send me the paper work, before I could finally get a check. Very unprofessional.

Juana Laura Garcia is one of the most disrespectful, maybe even sadistic, evil employees I have ever dealt with. Stay away from mapfre! Even cancelling is an issue!

This company is a waste of time, space, and money, anyone looking to get insurance please for the love of GOD never go here they don’t care about helping you and it seems like they don’t even care about business either. Thankfully after them trying to send me invoices for a policy I called over 2 months after my accident happened while still maintaining to be unprofessionalism and time wasters.
Go with Geico or state farm

If I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute worst insurance company I have ever used! Orlando is one of the rudest and most inappropriate insurance people I’ve ever dealt with. BEWARE! Do not use this insurance company unless you want to be taken advantage of. They use illegal practices and I am currently filing claims with the insurance commissioner regarding their practices! If you or someone you know have been a victim of this company I highly suggest you contact the insurance commissioner on your claim. Make sure you carefully read your paperwork because the try to slip things into it without your knowledge. Their idea of full coverage is you paying 30% and them paying 80%. I’ve never heard of this in my life.

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE, worst insurance ever, customer services is trash, most unprofessional and disrespectful representatives! Erin Elkins is the worst, so disrespectful, racist and so freaking disrespectful! She never answer her phone and e-mail, when you actually get her on the phone she acts clueless and very rude, always beating around the bush and never gives you answer to your questions. 10/10 do not recommend this insurance.

Terrible company. The agent Ernesto Ochoa tells me one thing and then my bank is charged a total different price. I had two cars on my policy, I had removed one I was told that the price would drop down to $80 and they turned around and charged me for both cars anyway. Spoke with Ernesto Ocho about the situation he told me he was going to fix it and again I go to my bank account they charge me again for both vehicles. There has to be someone that we can report this company to because all of the reviews are terrible. If anybody know please let me know this company needs to go back to out of the country where they're from.

F this company. I did not consent for a renewal fee or the higher policy charge at all. I am now having the worst time trying to cancel my policy and remove myself from their autopay system. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

What kind of business are they running here? I have been trying to contact them and no one answers? Who do I need to contact for them to take me seriously? They towed my car, after it was marked as a total loss and now no one is answering or calling me back. So basically they stole my car.
—UPDATE: I will be taking legal action, Samina Gagossian has been lying to me since the 9th of LAST MONTH, claiming she would send me a reimbursement check. Now she’s ignoring my emails. Unprofessional. Company gives you a phone number to call, doesn’t answer. I also complained on instagram, they gave me an email to reach out to and no one ever got back to me. I’m done.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy! They do not communicate with each other and then push the blame on you and make you pay more than what you were told! They are liars and scammers. I was overcharged and was told that they would fix and I would pay half. Wrong! They charged me even more and basically scammed me out of money. Don’t use this insurance unless you want to give away free money.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They raised my rate up without any explanation, I cancelled my policy and they still charged me the renewal fee of $350. It has been a whole month and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve been calling, no one answers. They sent me a letter saying I OWE THEM $30? EXCUSE ME? I’ve sent you emails, no answer. If I don’t get my money back, we’re about to have a huge problem. DO NOT GET INSURED BY THIS SHADY COMPANY.

This is probably got to be the worst insurance company ever. They never answer their phones they never respond back to your voicemails. Worst customer service you could imagine. They don't even deserve one star.

I wouldn’t even give this insurance 1 star I cancelled my car insurance on time yet they charged me the upcoming month I called about it for about 3-4 month because they refunded me not even half of what was charged and I just gave up at this point about the rest if your reading this I do not recommend

I involved accidents with one of they clients he hit my car 6 months ago. My agent whoever supposed to take care of my case by the name Marcus ramirez, first he don't answer or return your call or email at all.and his unprofessional abut his job.and after millions time emails and call he transfer my case to andrea his supervisor and she's not even answered phone and return a voice or message. This is horrible insurance company I ever see in my life. If you are a member of th8s company and have a full insurance, I recommend chage your company because they not gonna help or pay for your lost. Thanks

My son had an accident in Jan. They had been investigating. They finally sent him a check and then had insufficient funds or wouldn't pay. When contacting them, they said they sent an email saying don't cash the check that they had already sent out. The bank even contacted them to find outThis caused his bank to be overdrawn. This is a horrible, shady, and
dishonest company. Now, he keeps calling and no one will answer. I heard that you can report them to the Ombudsman or have to get an insurance attorney to sue.

They decided that I drive more miles then reported and raised my payment by 50+%. They will not allow you to change your payment date unless it's 5+ days before payment is due. Basically not willing to work with customers and raise rates just because. 10/10 would not recommend

Terrible auto insurance company doesn't deserve one star, go into your bank account without approval, rates of coverage always changing just before date of payment for policy, when you cancel your policy before the renewal date they add all kinds of different service charges, roadside assistance is not reliable wouldn't recommend Mapfre insurance to anyone their customer service is very rude and the list goes on
