Horrible customer service! I walked over in the evening (June 2) with a European friend to get her some cigarettes. There was a on the door that said, "be back in 5 minutes". However, there was a female employee sitting inside with a backpack on looking at her phone. Another woman arrived, then a couple minutes later, three boys arrived to buy candy. There were six people standing outside and never once did this female employee look up. She got up, went to the workshop, and stood there. We could see this from the security camera monitor facing the cash register. Ten minutes later, she came out of the work bay, opened the door, and left. I said, "Excuse me" and she never acknowledged my presence nor words and walked off. She left the six of us standing outside never acknowledging our presence. It was absolutely bizarre!
For this, I will never ever visit this gas station again.
