One of the worst Medicaid plans from a professional point of view. Horrifically embarrassing customer/provider service and terribly unprofessional. They are currently going through an online portal merger and it is the worst example of complete incompetence I've ever seen in my entire career. When I tried to resolve this integration issue, the representative Hung up on me instead of transferring me to superviser like I asked. Do not give these people your business or money.

I’ve been waiting on my daughters glasses for 8 WEEKS! I ordered her glasses same day she had her procedure. They had a hard time cutting her rx and had to change the glass (no big deal). What is a big deal is they never called to let anyone know the glasses that we ordered are on back order. They said they would have them shipped over night and would have a tracking number. But when I called today they said they shipped them out but have no tracking number.

My daughter broke her glasses, they were cheaply made junky and the hinge snapped. Eye Dr reordered the frames. In the mean time I misspelled the broken frames with the lenses. And stopped at the eye Dr and they put in a claim for the lenses they were sopose to ship last Friday and nothing still saying in progress. Meanwhile kid hasn't had glasses since the beginning of November. This is totally unacceptable March vision will not talk to members and going back and fourth with the insurance company and you can't respond to whatever March vision is saying is not right.save yourself the stress and do not order from the march vision frames
