MARCO'S ITALIAN RESTURANTE, Imperial Beach CA

Interesting and seemingly unappealing front entrance led me into a quaint, nicely decorated, and friendly italian establishment that had the sweetest and most attentive server ever.place had nice music and comfortable seating, a lot.i wish they didnt have canned soda because i wanted a refill but didnt want to bother.i was in and out at my leisure and can say i will return:).

I’ve been dinning at Marco’s since the 1990’s, very good Italian food. I highly recommend dinning there. Lunch, dinner or take out it is all good!

This is the first time I tried this restaurant. And it will be the last idk what is going on this place but the pizza was literally cracker crust with tomato paste (no flaver) AT ALL. It's like one of the restaurants you see on hells kitchen. Do not recommend.

Very good Authentic Italian food.
Servers were very attentive.maybe even to much. Prices were mid range.

Absolutely the worst Italian food I have ever put a fork in. They do not know how to cook.

Do not order from this restaurant! We ordered the antipasto plate and the meat was questionable and the soup was such a small bowl for how much we paid for it. It is way over priced. We will never order nor eat there again.

Place took a nose dive. Watery sauces and seems like they microwave the food now. Avoid the place if possible. Too bad, they used to be good back in the day.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to poorly food taste like (ingredients) I post what I ordered on DoorDash and I am not understanding why did idiots like you would delivery me burnt food to my dasher. I am not ordering from you guys anymore more. This is the second time this poorly made food has been delivered to me. Tasteless Alfredo and no chicken tf.

Our Uber eats driver ARGUED WITH the owner and refused to pick up our whole order. Uber eats was refusing to help us or go back for the food or fix their mistake whatsoever. The owner/manager was outstanding and offered to drive our food to us so we wouldn’t have to go out of our way. Best customer service I have ever had. And the food is absolutely OUTSTANDING if you want good pasta you’ve found the place

This food is HORRIBLE! The wings are undercooked and some type of watery hot sauce was thrown in the container - clearly not cooked into the chicken. The very firm meatballs are sitting in a watery, vinegary "meat" sauce. The pizza - YIKES. No flavor and very chewy - all around a hard pass. We're not eating it. $61 gone AND WE'RE STILL HUNGRY.

This little Italian restaurant is amazing! We've been coming since they were in IB at the plaza; however, since they're moving and the passing of Alex, the executive chef, we've been supportive of Esther, his wife, who has taken over his legacy, to their newer venue. The food is absolutely delicious and would make Alex proud. I just ordered the 22-oz Ribeye and it was a phenomenal praise to the family's legacy of faith and love to their name. Try this place, at least once. Their chicken picatta and their appizers are at least worth a check. Surprising and delicious little romantic restaurant. Nice as a great Italian restaurant in IB. Let the others be envious for a change!

Spaghetti and meatballs. No. Noodles were waterlogged and tasted old, I ended throwing it away.

The table was sticky and the food was below average, I can make a better pasta with jar sauce.

They are registered with restaurants.com but when I went in to pick up the order the lady at the door refused to redeem the coupon. She was nice and stayed professional, however service is key so be aware.
As for the food.was soggy but the pasta was OK.

Don’t order from here I’m not the type to complain about food but it’s horrible the ravioli had no flavor the spaghetti was sour and the fried calamari was soggy and felt like rubber the potato skins were not that bad 2/10 wouldn’t recommend

Beautiful slow paced home cooked Italian food at more than fair prices. Great for couples and families.

It was very very good there the service was nice the employees are very polite the food was on time
