Margarita Dental Group, Murrieta CA

I absolutely recommend this dental office! Not only was the dentist super gentle, understanding and accommodating but the staff was equally as great. I didn’t have a babysitter for my 6 month old son so he came along with me. Everyone was so sweet, and helpful! The entire visit was pleasant and painless. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I would avoid this office and seek somewhere else. The people who work here are really friendly however I was quoted work that I did not need, had issues with payment and scheduling, and problems with work that was done.

The dentist botched a crown and filling and now I continuously have pain on that tooth which was not there before. I had to go back several times over the past few months for the dentist to repair the previous work which causes pain which persists till now. I’m not able to chew or eat on that side and each time I come in to mention it she mentions how it takes time for things to heal (it’s been almost two months)

It also feels very sales person driven in terms of how they deal with you as a patient. The hygienist and dentist come in and tell you what you need done and then another person comes in afterward, while you’re still sitting in the chair, pulls up your insurance and says what you’ll have to pay out of pocket. Albeit, I have good coverage but still had to pay out of pocket.

Best situation is to take care of your teeth and seek somewhere else.

Just my opinion but it appears others had similar experiences.

Overall I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience.

I would highly recommend this dental clinic The service is amazing. Dr. Diep and Dr. Mai are first-class and super skilled. My toothaches are gone, and my teeth are finally beautiful. My family and I have been receiving an outstanding care there for several years. The staff, from the office manager Jeana and Dr. Diep to every single one there is awesome. Thank you all for everything you do for us, we greatly appreciate it!

I have been coming here for around 4 years & love all the staff here, very welcoming & accommodating, on top of being really good at their job they were really fast, not a single issue with any of the work I've had done & thank you to Dr. Diep for being so amazing during all the work I had done. I will Definitely be coming back for future work, Dr. Diep definitely makes the whole experience alot more enjoyable, & am looking forward to my next visit

This Dr told me they makes lots of money from gum disease. It’s all about money, they have you sign an estimate and then after you pay they bill you and don’t say what it’s for.

I should have read the reviews beforehand they give you a quote and tell you insurance will pay, when they know you'll have to pay. They billed credit card before work started (never got it done) AND my insurance company now they're lieing telling me they gave me a refund this has been since August and now its the credit card company fault BIG LIARS they are shady and I will never go back I recommend to stay away from them

Dr Diep is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy and gentle dentist. She explains everything in detail so you are making informed decisions. The staff is outstanding and helpful.

Got treatment back in 2011 and it still affects me today in 2020. They pulled teeth because it was the “faster” method. Set my whole maxilla back which affects the way I articulate words. Getting treatment today to fix the mistakes they made. Honestly stay away.

Should be a 0. So after paying full price for dental treatments and having credit on my account, new account lady informed me I had 0 balance on my account, so they took $1600.00 to Zero. So they collected from my insurance and full price from me. Dental board is next on my list. Stay away.

Horrible place. They recommend getting crowns on everything.even the teeth that only need a small filling. If you start asking questions, doctor gets an attitude. Stay away.

Still a 2.9. Should be a 0. So after quoting me 6000$ for some treatments I only owed about 1100 out of pocket. Insurance paid me back and they got it back from them. Dental board is next on my list. Stay away.

I have found the staff and doctors at Margarita Dental to be very attentive and hard working. They have a refreshing work ethic that I consider to be a fine example for any dental office in Riverside County.
I have had a good deal of work done to correct some neglect on my part. I am not in fear of going to Margarita Dental; their staff are the best.
