Terrible. Terrible. Disgusting establishment. STAY CLEAR! This place is not clean or safe. Disgusting. You’ve been warned.

Initial visit was great - then never heard back. I’ve tried calling a few times, different weeks / days, goes straight to voice mail now.

Patient care seems to be lacking and unprofessional. I initially loved my experience and now I can’t say anything close since I can’t even get a follow up to a call after going through all their referral appointments outside their practice. I’d say to look elsewhere for care - I’ll be changing my provider.

My mother was a new patient, and they told her to come in between 8-10 am to do blood work for her future visit. She arrived 10 mins to 10 and the door was locked. She waited 3 hours in line to cross the border to go to this office. She’s 67 years old and was frustrated and she had to use the bathroom. She was very upset. She spoke to one of the people in the office and they made her sit on a cold metal bench because of Covid. All the while, the office let 10 people of color in the office. Covid issue my arse. While she was on the phone to me, security showed up. They actually called security on her because she was upset and confused (suffers from fibro fog), and they told her the office won’t see her because of her attitude. Is this how they treat Medicare patients, older generations, or is it because she’s not Philippino or Hispanic? Avoid this office at all costs!

Dr. Villa cares so much about her patients. She did everything she could to keep my medical costs down and only charged me for things I absolutely had to have. She is extremely knowledgable and in my opinion the best doc around!

Extremely unprofessional and violated a few OSHA violations. Unsanitary they dont wash their hands. They talk about patients when they leave I heard them snickering about a patient who left. Terrible

Lack of follow up and concern for patient issues. Unprofessional, blaming others rather than helping to fix errors and focus on the patient.
