Marin Airporter reviews
16Marin Airporter always has the best customer service provided by their professional drivers. Dependable and comfortable when traveling to and from SFO.
This place has some clean buses and very professional capable drivers. They're prompt, safe, and helpful
Today I rode the shuttle to the airport from San Rafael. I was on the phone having a conversation and about 30 minutes in to my ride I was asked to move to the back of the bus if I want to continue my conversation? What the! Are you not supposed to talk on your phone? I’m not loud I have a very quiet voice sometimes people can’t hear me. I have never had a bad experience with the airporter and I ride often.
Most drivers are very courteous and professional I will use Marin Airporter from now on. But I cannot figure out why my qr code won't scan at first try. Ughhh
The bus is very nice with power outlets and super reclining seats. Significantly cheaper than a ride share. As long as you hit the right time frame you won't really wait much longer than a ride share either.
Provided timely and cost-effective transportation for guests of our wedding to/from the venue. Buses were nice and clean and the drivers were great as well.
Best! Absolutely the best transport service ever! No need to spend a fortune on cabs or Uber!
Good to see this company's buses being used to transport illegal immigrants to New York and DC. Keep up the good work.
Incredibly affordable and beneficial service for Marin residents needing a ride to SFO without having to pay taxi or airport parking rates.
Lovely ride from beginning to end. If you begin at Anderson, you go inside and pay $25 (that’s the price as of today) and they hand you a placard that you give to the driver when it’s time to board. If you get on any other stop you give the driver $25 cash only! They store your bags below there’s no fee (just be courteous and tip if you can) They drop passengers off according to what airline your traveling with. Great commute to use to save on gas and more relaxing then driving your own car and having to pay and park at the airport. They also have a bathroom towards the rear of the bus in case you have to go throughout the trip.
My daughter lives in Novato and she has been coming to SFO to pick me up and take me back the past several years. This last trip, I decided to check to see if there was a shuttle and I discovered the Marin Airporter. I was somewhat cautious but was totally pleased with the trip - not to mention the price. My daughter was equally thrilled - of course:) I'm going back out in a couple of weeks and will surely be hitching a ride on that fabulous bus!
Great service from SFO and back. Just ask the driver to order you a taxi before you arrive at their stops.
A great way to get to and from SFO. Plan carefully to arrive in time for the hourly departures, the Anderson facility is comfortable and has toilets. Buy tickets, cash only. They have parking for $6/day.
Best ride ever from SFO. Driver Kyle was efficient, courteous and safe. No better way to get to Marin!
$23 per a ride from Andersen terminal to SFO. Cash only.
The bus schedule should be checked before the passengers to arrive at the terminal. Since Covid-era. The buses depart every hour from this station.
Usually at 20 minutes after an hour.
Check schedule before arrive!
And must park your vehicle in the back of the trailer office building which the entrance to the back is on the south side of the building.
Do not leave your luggage unattended to get ticket inside because I believe the luggage gets stolen when nobody is guarding them at night or early morning hours same way all other big cities seeing the similar crimes targeting unsuspecting travelers & tourists.
I wish EVERY state had a local airporter! A great service and a great price too compared to a taxi or uber to get to and from the airport. Multiple stops and times, please do due diligence for schedule before riding. I've experienced a time when the airporter arrived late, thankfully I alloted an entire 3 hours before my flight to be at the bus stop. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Can't recommend this service enough.
