I went in to get my car fixed after an accident. I specifically chose Marina Body shop through my insurer because I had previous experience with them and they had done great work. It did not change. Everything was done courteously, correctly and even earlier than estimated. If I have to deal with body repairs again, they will be my choice.

I brought my car in to have it repaired after a fender bender incident. They were extremely professional and courteous up until the end. They kept me up to date in my vehicle at all times and even gave it back to me completely detailed! I love this shop and will be coming back here for any repairs I have in the future.

I could not be happier with the work that was done and the level of service from Steve and Juan at Marina auto body, these guys are great. Had the pleasure of working with Marina Auto Body after someone hit my car. They're AAA certified (and recommended by the Toyota dealership in Culver City). Very professional and friendly staff. The shop follows covid safe protocols. Great communication about the services to the vehicle and everything that's required. It was my first time dealing with a collision so I had a lot of elementary questions, they were very patient and helpful. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop!

Marina Auto Body worked with AAA to replace the driver-side door of my 2004 Toyota Sienna after the hinge was damaged and was making horrible creaking noises. Their drop-off location in Marina Del Rey on Washington Blvd was clean and the staff was very professional! You know how a lot of garages don't remove the protective sheet of paper from the floor of the car when you pick it up? Yeah, these guys remove the paper before handing over the keys. (That may be a minor detail, but my point is that they actually care about the minor details, and I love that!) The door is as good as new now and opens/closes smoothly w/o a sound. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic and they had precautions in place, including staff wearing masks properly at all times in my presence, hand sanitizer for customer use, and appropriate physical-distancing measures. Proximity to the Marina Del Rey Costco is also a plus. Fantastic - will use again if the need arises.

Marina Auto Body is fantastic. Their people are personable, professional, kind and thoughtful. Christie is a dream to work with. The repair work to my car is impeccable and their facilities are spotless. I would never go anywhere else!

My contact point at Marina Auto Body was Susie. She did an excellent job of coordinating with the insurance company, the dealership for parts, the rental car company and communicating with me. She made the process smooth and efficient and always contacted me to tell me what the plan was and when she expected it to be finished. The repair was excellent. Quick, easy, great work, they also seemed to have detailed the entire inside of my car and gave it a carwash. They were in constant communication, and got it done several days earlier. I always go to this shop. Sadly, there's a history (pretty sure my car has a bumper sticker that says "hit me please".)

Staff were professional, helpful and very courteous! Car was repaired and returned before stated delivery date. Repair was seamless, I could not even tell that there had been damage to the area. Very pleased with this business and if I ever need service again, I will not hesitate to use them!

Staff was Professional, and Courteous. The work done was high-quality, and the length of time to complete the work was as predicated. They seamlessly arranged for the rent-a-car and I dropped it off at their site where the rent-a-car company picked it up at another time causing me no inconvenience. I'd highly recommend this firm.
