I really like this park and beach. It’s dog friendly and a beautiful location. Plenty for the kids to do and keep them occupied. Lots of parking with restrooms and trash cans. The mermaid statue is pretty cool to check out too! Highly recommend for a quiet off the path beach to hang out at.

Safe and fun park and beach perfect for a family with young kids with safe guard, green space with picnic tables. Bathrooms were also really clean! There is a little playground but it was closed.

Marina park is home to a gorgeous view of the ocean and the surrounding beach areas. Apart from this, they have a large boat for children to play in as well as a playground (pre-covid, right now the playground is behind a fence). The walk to the mermaid statue here is a nice one, I'd recommend it for a nice calm time.

The actual playground is closed currently but the large pirate ship is still open and fun for kids. The wash off station doesn't work though.

Love Marina park. Soooo much you can do or do absolutely nothing. Pirate ship to climb on. Bicycle the pathway. Plenty of benches and tables. Large grass areas and BBQ's. With the most amazing beach to walk and view. Enjoy swimming

Fun family park at the beach. Has pretty much everything you need. Just watch your kids when they go in the water. There is a lifeguard but he or she can only do so much. The ocean is very turbulent there with alot of rocks. I know I surf there.

My kids love the boat! The beach is clean and quiet during the week at off times. There is a lifeguard in the summer. It is enclosed by 2 jetti's. There is also a bathroom. One of our favorite beaches to go to when we visit.

Great, friendly walk up above the beach. Clean bathroom. Dogs having fun, kids having fun, adults doing yoga in the park. Love it here.

This arguably one of the most well known beaches in Ventura. Great views, perfect temperature during the summer, and even has a small playground. The only downsides would have to be the constant wind and the occasional toe stub on a hidden rock you didn't quite see.

Great place to take your dog for a walk
Most people have their dog off leash, yet city rules isbtonhave them leashed. Great 1mile run from where i stayed to the statue & back. Evryone friendly at the park even with covid rules apply. Most people have masks but it it outside with the breeze.

Bittersweet.
Marina Park is a good place. Our family enjoyed a barbeque on the large grassy field on a Sunday. The field wasn't too crowded. The more you get to the ocean, the more crowded it was. There is street parking, so you must be careful for a departing car if there are no spaces available; otherwise, you will be charged $10.00 for parking in a parking lot.
This would have been a 5 star rating if the restroom floors had not been dirty and smelled awful. The trash bins in the restrooms were full so used toilet paper was on the floor. Also, I encourgae you to never flush these toilets with your hand, always flush it using your foot if you can!

Love it! Great park and right on the beach. It sucks that on weekends they charge $10 for parking but there is normally parking in the neighborhood for free

There is lots of lawn, restrooms, and parking.

There are grills out there, but note that this is at the beach, so look up wind speeds before attempting to grill there.

One of the most gorgeous parks in Ventura. Right on the water and lots of grass to walk on. Dog friendly and picnic areas everywhere. We love this park and enjoyed the sunshine on a Sunday. Our dog loves it too! $10 to park in the lot but if you can find parking elsewhere and walk in, that's better. But I'd pay to park here if I had no choice. Definitely a beautiful park to spend time in. Ventura is blessed to have it!
