Late on the first appointment doesn’t care enough to call and inform that she is in with another patient during my appointment time. Hours late. Don’t use if you can. Office staff doesn’t care enough to talk to their own doctor and inform her that she is late to my appointment

Everybody please be careful. Dr. Raikhel shares your information without your consent. My husband had a problem with a certain person. This same person with whom my husband had a problem with, was able to go in the clinic and retrieve medical information about my husband. What made this even worse was that this same person was able to retrieve my medical information. REALLY? ! This is a great example of “improper disclosure of medical records”

Please please please stay away from this Dr and her office. She does not spend time with patient and misses medications that are necessary. She made my grand father suffer and when we called her in emergency to call in a seizure medicine she refused to call it without seeing the patient again in 2 weeks because her schedule is full because she only works 2 hours a day. I hate to write bad reviews but this office and Dr Rakhal are stay away from them.

Dr. Raikhel is a caring family doctor that listens well to your concerns. The office is clean and organized as any walk in should be. Friendly staff.
