I have a loan with this company but the reason I'm leaving a star is because of the poor or should I say no support at all when it comes to over the internet (making payments on line support). The account has been blocked out of the blue for not apparent reason and it pops up a messsage saying to contact your local loan office for further help. Because of this, I have to contact directly to them every time I have to make a payment -incurring in a $2.50 for making the payment over the phone. When I ask them to unlock the account, they say that they don't have to do anything with it and they give you a phone number to get help which they never answer/follow up at all to solve the problem and is a really basket ball game.
