I've been dining here for the past 3 years. The food is off the charts Authentic. I always order the Shrimp Ala Diabla to die for. Every single time, it's on point.

Ate here for lunch on a Tuesday, great deal on tacos. Only thing I would ask for is a bit of jalapeños since it was not as spicy as I like my salsas but always easy to make spicier and cannot take away. Great food!

Great food. Friendly staff. Specializes in seafood, so the quality of their seafood dishes is really good.

Beautiful murals and fish tank! Food was delicious, even though my order got mixed up. Margaritas, eh, not my favorite.

Great little Mexican joint! The Surf and Turf quesadilla was great! The aguachille was incredible. Good food, good service, cold beer. What more do you need?

Seafood great!
Aguas frescas not original, Tamarindo really bad.
Michelada delicious!
Guacamole nachos, okay, burned chips. Guessing when melting cheese.

It was okay, arrived late and staff wasn't very content about needing to seat us, think they were ready to leave. However, once we were seated, our waitress was very pleasant. They don't have a liquor license, for those that like hard liquor.

A great Ramona restaraunt. Sam, the owner, has a little piece of Heaven here in Mariscos. Quiet and convenient with amazing, freshly made Mexican cuisine. My go to is the Octopus in Garlic or the three enchilada plate. They've got it all, great service, great ambiance and great food. Indoor and outdoor seating for small or large parties. There is a bar in the back for beer or Michaladas on a super hot day. Conveniently located a block off Main on the 78, don't miss this gem!

I've been ordering their chilaquiles plate for a couple weeks now. About every other day since that's my pregnancy craving now and they are so good. I'm so glad I decided to try a new place to get Mexican food. Prices are a bit high but who hasn't raised their prices and this place gives you a really good amount of food so it's worth every penny.
If you are looking for a new place try here. They don't skimp on the food or the love they put into it. I've been to other places in the area and they definitely weren't worth the cost.

Portions are bigger than average and the food we have gotten tasted greate. If you like Mexican food you will like this place in Ramona kind of hidden off main street next to Cartoon carwash. You wont be dissapointed!

Best Mexican restaurant in Ramona, I've lived here for almost 50 years and have tried them all several times.

If you haven't tried the shrimp burger yet, give it a whirl. Ask to have the bun toasted, or maybe have it on a tostada instead.

The prices have gone berserk. 25 dollars plus for a pollo dish.ok seafood at a premium. I'll stick with medium end brigantine any day. Mexican food is going to price itself out of the market. Two so so beef tacos to go. I mean those regular beef tacos.you know the ones.almost 12 bucks. Anybody else fed up with this Gouging? All kinds of places are better and cheaper but not in Ramona. Go to casa Reveles. Decent food. Most prices pre-pandemic and great service in Ramona.

Wow! It was my first time ordering food in this establishment and I was surprise how big and yummy the food are. Food delivery is quick too considering I live in Starlight Mountain (East buttf*ck).

I recommend!

The tacos were pretty generic, fries were great, we got our food and drinks pretty quick and the decor made it feel like a oceanside restaurant

Best Mexican food ever! Homemade flour tortillas, delicious chips and salsa, great service, and a really cool dining experience with beautiful ocean murals and a salt water aquarium. We ordered the chicken fajitas, and it was plenty of food for two of us to split for a quick lunch. The restaurant itself is very clean, and it has air conditioning. Highly recommend if you're in Ramona, CA!

October 20,2021. Lunch
Just had lunch here. The taco salads were very good, flour tortilla bowl was fresh and crispy. It was bountiful. I couldn't finish it. Lots of beef, my friend had lots of chicken. Both meats were flavorful. Beans were not the main ingredient. Topped with a generous portion of sour cream, guacamole and shredded cheese.

The Tampiqueño carne asada plate was bountiful but the meat was thin and a bit dry.

MY COMPLAINT has to do with new pricing, which I understand. HOWEVER, pricing on large menu outside restaurant and menus given are NOT CLEAR OR TRANSPARENT. OLD PRICES REMAIN. A YELLOW POST IT NOTE SAID "PRICE CHANGE". NO OTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED. SERVER DIDN'T STATE NEW PRICES. NO WHERE ARE NEW PRICES STATED. ALSO, WHEN ASKED IF WE WANTED CHIPS AND SALSA, WE WERE NOT TOLD THERE WAS NOW ALMOST A $3.00 CHARGE FOR THESE.

Everything has higher than listed prices. Carne asada plate was $6.00 more from $15.99 on menu to $21.99 on check. Taco bowls were $10.99 on menu but $12.99 for chicken and $13.49 for beef ON CHECK. Iced tea was also more expensive.

I understand restaurants need to increase prices for food and employees. This is the only place I have eaten at that does not let you know ACTUAL prices BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE CHECK.

I recommend the manager type up new prices on an 8 x 11 letter paper sheet listing new pricing: . E. G. SALSA AND CHIPS ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY: . $2.95 PER ORDER. LISTING NEW food prices ON FOOD AND BEVERAGES. Save it on Word for future changes. Attach it to each menu. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE CLEARLY STATED PRICE CHANGES

I ENJOYED FOOD. GOOD SERVICE. UNHAPPY WITH LACK OF PRICING INFORMATION! 3 STARS GIVEN BECAUSE OF THIS RATHER THAN 4.
