Mariscos Fili La Carreta reviews
12Fish tacos are good. Service was quick. The problem is the seating. We had to wait for a table to get empty so we could eat our food.
Bomb fish tacos! The marlon was delicious! My husband ordered the Gobenador and it was slamming! Love the food truck scene and the outside seating.m is really nice too. I love this truck I will continue to drive all ur way to Chula Vista for their tacos and seafood!

I stopped by every time I’m in town
I came ask for 4 fish tacos and 2 medium shrimps and octopus Cocktails paid $40 not a single octopus, and I Remember the Lady ask the Worker are will still have and he was talking to a lady almost outside the food truck and can't hear what was he's answer but anyway, if you don't have it the product just said it and don't charge for whatever you wanted.
Amazing tacos at excellent prices! I've been coming to this truck consistently for about a month or two and there isn't a place I would rather be. Every order has been fantastic, from the tacos to ceviche and birria.
Come for the fish tacos. It's a decision you won't regret.
Trip #1
Got pescado and gobernador taco, and cameron tostado. As an added bonus we got free sopa. Pescado taco was classic Baja. First time having a gobernador and it was amazing. Like having a shrimp melt on a corn tortilla. Cameron tostado was also delicious
Trip #2
Went back to the pescado taco and tried a mariscada taco. The mariscada was a whitefish seafood medly. So much seafood that it was bursting out the taco. About the size of 2 pescados. Use fork.
Trip #3
Pescado taco of course and now trying the pescado ajillo and especial tostada. Pescado ajillo was grilled fish with a nice garlic sauce. Huge hit with the wife. Another free serving of the delicious sopa. Tostado especial is masssive and well worth the $15
Bad attitude and fish tacos. Felt like I was bothering by asking for simple customer service. They have their music blasting like its a quinceanera- can't even hear them calling your order. How can they not see that.
The seafood and carne asada is just delicious the michelada is spicy but for hangovers gets the job done delicious. Wish they had glass bottle coke but just cans n bottled horchata n Jamaica.
Good friendly service. Fish tacos were ok, little over fried. The batter was over done and the fish kinda mushy.
Tacos de camaron enchilado were really good. Those i def recommend. Along with a campechana.
Last time I was here their food made me sick.
The used the same rag to wipe the tables, as they did wipes the tops of the hot salsa bottles. Then went inside and used the same rag on the counter top.
Food taste was good, I had the pulpo taco and a large shrimp cocktail, which to be honest was a bit small and expensive imo it's priced at $15! Had to eat standing, there is no seating area, they have the music way too loud, you ask something to the cashier and you gotta repeat yourself at least once for them to hear what you are saying because of how loud the music is! Kind of a joke that you gotta ask for napkins and lemon, when it's common sense those are necessary things when eating anything in the case of the napkins and also the lemon is pretty normal to add lemon to your seafood!
