Dude if you love loaded tacos, this is the place for you. There shrimp and Carne asada tacos and the guacamole were delicious. All I was missing was an ice cold beer but jobs frown upon that so yeah. Food was good, service was great very friendly.

Kikas was a great find. One of the biggest shrimp cocktail I’ve had. Quality, fresh seafood.

This food was bomb. I ended up getting a Campechana and a large Michelada w/ Pacifico beer. The beer and seafood were both served in the same size container. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish my beer because I was too full from the seafood (unacceptableright? Who wastes beer smh). The Campechana contained shrimp, oyster and octopus with the classic beggies in it like cucumber tomato etc etc. My fiancé ended up also getting a Michelada w/ Modelo and she got a Surf n Turf burrito. We went on a Wednesday so they have a special where if you get the Surf N Turf Burrito you get a Surf N Turf taco on the side. Whatever special sauce they use is freaking amazing!

From the moment I walked in with my wife we were greeted with open arms to a place we haven’t tried before.

The guy who was working in the front was great with his customer service and came to check on us multiple times to ensure we ok with our food.

The food is delicious, but lacks some traditional Mexican flavors, but the freshness of the tortillas and the food made it stand out for me.

I will definitely be back. With the size of the portions you can justify the price.

I tried the octopus, and it was amazing. No rubber sensation, just very tender. They cook it in a garlic sauce that is amazing. This would easily be a 5 star if a burrito was less than $15.

I stop by and had some amazing Chilaquiles for lunch. From the greeting to the grub five stars.

We were driving through and needed somewhere nice before hitting the road again. The colorful decor, tidy space, and friendly staff made for a relaxing rest time and we were more than impressed with the beautiful food and generous portions. We could only wish we lived close enough to make a return visit!

Stopped by for a quick dinner and was very pleasantly surprised by Mariscos. The service was so friendly, the food was great, and the place had a great vibe. It’s clear the owners care so much about their customers experience. The beer battered fish taco was the best one I’ve had in a while, the fish was sizeable and perfectly fried, and the surf and turf was filling and tasty. All of this with the Agua Fresca (which was made with actual fruit and not too sweet) was perfect!

Mariscos Kikas is an unassuming spot wedged in a strip mall near well-known fast-casual chain restaurants. I wasn't sure what to expect but whatever preconceived notions I might've had were far exceeded.

First the food: I got two tacos, carne asada and octopus al mojo. There was so much meat on the carne asada taco I had to eat some before I could pick it up! It came with a generous dollop of guacamole, which is really all it needed to let the steak shine. The octopus taco was topped with shredded cabbage and melty cheese, along with proprietary "Kikas white sauce" for the ideal blend of flavors. The octopus was tender, cooked to perfection.

My companion got the Kikas breakfast burrito. He couldn't finish, so he happily brought half home as leftovers.

I'd like to highlight the staff. Notably Manny at the register walked us through the menu since it was our first time here. He didn't try to convince me to order more than enough, correctly reassuring me that two "big boy" tacos would be the right amount. I actually went back to the counter to ask who the server was, 'cause he was so lovely, bringing more chips and salsa, refilling our glasses of water, making sure all our needs were met; as it turned out, that's the owner himself, Mark Anthony. I never would've recognized him as he and some of the team were in Día de los Muertos sugar skull makeup!

With counter ordering and table service, the ambience is casual but still the vibe feels more elevated than other options in this category. When you turn the corner into the dining room, you're greeted by bright decor with portraits of Mexican celebrities. It's family-friendly yet date-worthy. After all, Vicente Fernández and Juan Gabriel provided the soundtrack to our meal 'til the live music started.

I highly recommend Mariscos Kikas; I don't live in the area but when I'm in town, I'll definitely come back.

I'd share a photo, but it's just an empty plate now. Short walk across a parking lot from my hotel. Raina recommended the fish tacos and surf and turf. Since I missed lunch I had both. If I were local I would come here all the time and have it all

Food took very long, chips and salsa came after they brought my food. I had the surf and turf burrito, 4 shrimps, carne asada had no flavor.

Went with a group. I ordered first and my bean and cheese came second to last. Food took more than 40min to arrive for a bean and cheese. Almost none existent flavor from the beans. - source: being mexican for 25+ years.
