1It is incredibly difficult to get a call back, refill or change prescriptions, or get a timely appointment for me or my children from this office. So even though Dr Davenport may be a fine doctor, the system he is aligned with is awful. I have called no less than SIX times to ask for a fairly simple change for a prescription for my son, and I can’t get any help. The call center picks up any calls you make to this office, and even though they are marking my messages as “urgent” I still can’t get help or a call back. It’s incredibly frustrating. I have lived in 3 different states and had to navigate lots of different healthcare systems and offices…. This is by far the worst I’ve come across. As a parent, I feel completely helpless trying to make simple medical requests and changes for my kids. The lack of response is affecting us daily right now. (I’m so desperate that I’m writing a review about it, which is very rare for me!) I am hoping to get call back on one medication change for my son, but am looking for a new PCP outside of the providence network.
