My daughter saw Dr. Ericson for her 4 pre molar teeth extraction. I highly recommend him. He took care of her and made her comfortable pre, during, and post procedure. He’s excellent!

We just want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Ericson and his fantastic Staff for the wonderful care our 3 children received. 5 Stars is not enough! They prepared us for what to expect and everything went seamlessly from making appointments, completing the paperwork, reviewing insurance information, consultations, prescriptions, extractions, recovery and follow up appointments. Dr. Ericson even took the time to call each of my children on the evening of their surgeries to check in on them and see how they were doing. He and his Staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Most importantly, they take the time to listen to you and will address any concerns you may have to ensure that you are comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Ericson and his Staff!

My review is mostly about front desk and management.
I took my daughter for a consultation on 4/13, I was charged upfront for X-rays even though I checked with my insurance and they told me they’ll pay 80% of it. I work at a dental office so I know my insurance pays fast, usually witting 2 weeks of day of service. I called them around the begin of May about getting reimbursed since we decided to cancel the extraction, I was told they will reimburse me after receiving payment from my insurance. I called again on May 30th and they told me the manager was not there and she was going to make a check for me the next day, I called June 6th and I was told I should be receiving the check that day or the latest Wednesday, I called today (Friday) just to be told the manager never made or sent me a check that they were going to reimburse my card right away, yeah right, I still don’t have my money.

I have no complains about Dr Ericson, the office I work and many other offices refer patients to him all the time, he is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience.
He spent a good amount of time with my daughter and myself explaining everything in detail, what to expect, what his recommendations were and why. I would give him more than 5 stars, but his front staff need to improve their customer service.

We as front desk staff MUST protect our Dr’s image, it’s not about the money, it’s a matter of principle.
Once I receive a decent response from them I’ll update my review or after we proceed with the extractions if I decide to move forward with it.
