Mark and his team (Thanks Carly!) helped us put together an estate plan for our family. It was a process we knew very little about and Mark guided us through it with attention to detail while cutting through the legal jargon. We spoke to several attorneys in the area who specialize in estate planning and Mark was an easy choice for us after just one zoom when he clearly explained the entire process a-z. My wife and I needed to update our Estate Plan/Living Trust, so we met with Mark Swatik. He was very thorough and professional. He asked us several questions to determine the scope of our needs and he helped us determine what we wanted and needed in our Estate Planning/Living Trust. Finally got our trust done! After researching for trust attorneys, I came across Mark. I reached out to several attorneys that were toward the top of the list but I really liked Mark's demeanor. He doesn't come across pushy or sales-y and has a very calm and reassuring vibe. We started with a phone call then filled out a form and then had a 45 minute zoom meeting to discuss details. It was actually easy peasy but still very thorough. We only had to go into the office to do the signing and notary and now we have our home, money and kids protected! His assistants, Jazmin and Carly, were great to deal with as well. Everyone was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We pretty much were done within about 2-1/2 weeks. However, Mark's process helped to alleviate a lot of that stress because he took the time to explain very clearly and effectively what we were signing up for. Mark was a pleasure to work with he was honest and took his time and was very familiar with what needed to get done. I also went back to him for another estate planing will that we needed and the advance directives as my family member what’s having major surgery his team was AWESSOME! Supported me through a rough time and got me the usb to share with hospital. We will be going back and keeping his number handy to share with friends and family.

We always do our research before hiring anyone to work with. Customer service is a huge factor for us and Mark and his team were great. Mark and his staff are extremely professional and quick to respond to inquiries. Loved that we could conduct most of our trust creation via email, phone and video calls. Mark explained everything very thoroughly and patiently. The whole process was pretty quick and painless, minus some minor disagreements on my and my husband's part about guardians for the kiddos (not Mark's fault at all haha). But he definitely gave us better perspective on how to choose wisely, not so much based on closeness to people, but more on who is responsible and trustworthy. These things were super helpful. He's not the cheapest but I think he is really worth it! Mark Swatik is an awesome trust attorney!
