14I saw Dr. Stefan Chin and he's great. However, the office staff are lacking. The appointment lady is not very friendly at all. She wouldn't wait for me to check my schedule and she just assigned an appointment date and expect me to make it.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tsuchiyose for many years. He fully understands my esopho/gastro issues and has individualized my care. I trust his professional plan for me.
Wait time was minimal and everyone was friendly. They make an unpleasant procedure very nice time.
Very professional staff, friendly and efficient. Dr. T is friendly and thoughtful. Will be my preferred Dr. Highly recommended.

The whole appointment went smoothly and I was out quickly.
As was the case with my other visits to this office, I waited for about an hour to see Dr. Tsuchiyose. Frankly, this is quite frustrating and unacceptable to me. The office knows how long each appointment is allotted, and should book appointments at the appropriate intervals. The reception room is quite crowded so there were many others also waiting. Otherwise, my experience was positive. The staff was professional and friendly. I feel comfortable with the direction in which we're suggested we go with my treatment.
