Mark Vinton did an incredible job marketing our family home in the Sunrise Boulevard Historical District of Long Beach. He zeroed in on the vintage style of the house and promoted it through his contacts, including, getting it on “For the Love of Old Houses” and interviewing with Tim Grobaty. The house had not been lived in for several years, but with Mark’s handyman, cleaning and staging contacts, the house was transformed. The sale price ended up being well over the original asking price.
