For anyone who is new to the home buying market, who may not understand all of those financial numbers and terms, and industry jargon… Mark is your guy! We were first time homebuyers, in a competitive market, and we were intimated by our lack of knowledge on how to buy a home successfully. Mark was welcoming from the beginning with his introduction video which broke down the process of how to buy a home. Anytime we had questions or didn’t understand the financial process, Mark would spend his workdays and weekends responding to us in full length videos that allowed us to understand our financial decisions. He would update us weekly on our mortgage options with the continuously changing market.
