When you go you better schedule an appointment the do walk in but faster when you call ahead of time. Very nice front Desk agent and to the doctor who help me Dr. Jeffrey White thank you for being so patient and helping me.

So I came here for an ear clean and they were charging me $160? ! Are you serious? I told the lady with the red hair, you know what i cant pay that, dont have that on me right now. She straight up told me, I can charge you $50, I CANT DO THAT BUT I WILL and you can pay the rest later so i can help you. Lady how are u gonna help me if you're taking this much money from me. I went to the chula vista location instead and guess how much I paid here? $50 copay! This clinic is greedy and it shows what kind of attitude this staff is. Don't come here! Thanks for all your help

This place is the best. The doctors always show so much care. They have appointment times available and usually won't be too long of a wait if you book an appointment. I've always had exceptional care here when I've needed urgent medical care and can't get to my primary.

I walked in there with what I thought was a broken toe. It ended up being 2 toes. First thing Dr. Jeffrey White said when he walks into that room was "what brings you in? "
I said I broke my toe. He said "you have an X-ray at home then? How do you know that? "
I replied that I felt it snap. Then he walked out.
I got my X-ray I could clearly see my toe was broken as I walked by the screen.

Dr. White then said to the X-ray tech outside of the door "watch she's going to ask for pain medicine. " The X-ray tech agreed with him. Dr. White then said "well too bad” or something to that effect. The. He walked into the exam room. I overheard the whole conversation.
I have a "major displacement fracture of one toe that will probably need a pin to fix it, that means surgery” Dr. White's words. I did in fact ask for 5 pain pills until I got back to Colorado since I had to walk on my broken toes through 2 airports.
Dr. White said ibuprofen was fine. He refused to even consider some tramadol or hydrocodone, I am allergic to oxycodone. He can prescribe a level 4 pain medicine but refused as he felt it was unnecessary. He treated me like a drug seeker. First do no harm. What a joke.
I've been a medical assistant for 14 years in Urgent Care and Family Practice. Dr. Whites lack of professionalism, his biases and lack of compassion shows loudly that he does not care about the patients he sees and just wants them in and gone. I was an inconvenience and therefore did not deserve any respect or caring from him. If he pulled my PDMP he can clearly see I don't use pain medicine unless I break something. Which was unfortunately 6 months ago.
I paid $75 for an xray, a surgical shoe and judgement. I did not break my toes for pain medicine. I don't appreciate being treated with contempt when I am seeking care.
This was the worst urgent care experience I’ve had in a long time. I hope he treated his other patients better.

Staff very professional and friendly. Very prompt virtual visit with doc.doc had an excellent bed side manner

This place is a nice place to go to. The staff is WONDERFUL. They always helped me on with whatever I need help with.

I'll continue to go to the emergency room to receive care probably be faster anyways.this is nothing more than a place for employers to have they're new members pee in a cup.it's not an urgent care where patients are prioritized or even treated respectfully. I'll cut my own arm off before going back here.thanks for nothing

Great staff —proactive to determine exactly what was wrong & giving me a shot for some immediate improvement. Medical Assistant and Doctor were great.

Both the PA and X-ray tech were very friendly. Just didn’t like the fact I had to come back during the day for X-rays.

Busy but staff was amazing and really helpful even after the visit they contacted the pharmacy to make sure I had the right prescription

It was a very simple process. Once you download zoom. You speak a Doctor he prescribed me what I needed. My prescription was ready in an hour. Thanks to the team at Marque urgent care.

I appreciate having Marque Urgent care available. When I could not get an appointment with my primary care doctor, Marque allowed me to see someone the same day. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

The people who assisted me were professional, friendly, and competent.
Everything was explained as procedures were done.

Could not be any more impressed with this practice. I am in town from the east coast for a wedding, and came down with a sinus infection. Got a telehealth appt right away with a doctor, who was very friendly, professional,
and thorough. Prescriptions were sent right away to a local pharmacy. I was all done and on my meds within 90 minutes. Wedding was great and I was confident that I was not contagious to any guests. My family here has now committed to using this practice for their medical needs as well. 5 STARS!
