0/5 stars hire staff that know how to do their job professionally & efficiently. 2 day covid results turned into a WEEK wait. I had to reach out to them numerous times because they never answer the phone.

I came in for the first time and was seen very quickly. The staff was very attentive. I saw Dr. Wessel, who was very attentive and took his time explaining things to me.

Got my covid vaccine here! The receptionist was so polite and kind. Everyone I met was very helpful in answering questions. I was offered complimentary snacks and water in the waiting room. The covid vaccine itself was administered in a remarkably painless way, I didn’t even feel the needle go it. The nurse was very sweet. Overall a really stress free experience. Will be coming here for any urgent medical issues or vaccinations.

1st let me say that the service that was given to me was excellent, everyone there truly cares for everyone that comes, no matter how bad the patient comes in and need there attention, they give everyone 100%

Very friendly staff greeted and welcomed me warmly upon entering, took my temperature, and walked me through process for paperwork. The wait time wasn’t long and the facility is really sanitary with seating adequately socially distanced throughout. The nurse that helped me was attentive and so easy to work with, she was polite and a true professional. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free which isn’t always the case at a medical clinic!

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Maggie, Carlos, Nicole, and Ms. A? (So sorry I forgot your name) were excellent. You can tell they enjoy working together and it makes the vibe feel welcoming. I hope you don’t have to visit urgent care but if you do, enjoy Carlos’s dry, dead-pan sense of humor and the friendly staff at Marque.

They would only do a virtual appointment where they provided no care, no diagnosis, and no treatment. They still have my my copay. It has been a week and I have received no refund. This place is a TOTAL SCAM!

The service was efficient and quick. But most of all, they were very nice and thoughtful and treated me with kindness. They also looked like they had a nice demeanor within their employees.

This place was amazing considering the circumstance. Not only did I receive the care I needed, I also was lucky enough to receive snacks and water while I awaited my doom. Special thanks to Kristen and Lilah for all the hospitality.

WITHHELD COVID test results and would not release until paying additional copay for a follow-up, which resulted in a significant delay to getting the results. At the time of the visit, the physician would not release the test result until they asked unrelated questions, which would allow them to bill a higher level of visit to insurance. I think it is highly unethical to withhold results of a highly contagious disease and make it "pay-to-play" to get the results. If there was a positive test, a patient might not find out until much later, if at all. If a positive-testing patient is not aware they need to be strictly quarantining it puts exposure risk to everyone around them.

The practitioner from San Diego during my Zoom prep - amazing. Thoughtful, personable, smart, friendly. The whole process and people support through Marque are a model for this type of community healthcare service.

After waiting 45 minutes at Marque Urgent Care in University City for the receptionist to be able to download my Aetna insurance card, finally the other one hand wrote the information and entered it into the system.

Then she said it'll be $75 for the copay.

I said $75? I thought it was $35.

Then the other girl started talking to her and I could not understand her and she said no it's $167!

I said Cancel the whole thing and walked out!

$167.00? For a sinus infection? I think not!

I just called Aetna and Aetna pays 100% of Urgent Care and there is a $75 co-pay.

1. The doctor didn't even looked at my injury properly. Also, did not provide proper tips and suggestions for getting it cured. There is no point in going and wasting money.
2. Receptionist didn't even knew the difference between copay and coinsurance. That's fine but she was going to charge me almost double than what I should pay. If I had not called my insurance company, I would have ended up paying so much. BE AWARE of your insurance before going.

Horrible customer service. If you go close to closing time they will tell you a higher copay to make you leave or tell you you aren't covered by insurance. I left and went to Scripps Urgent Care who gave me the care I needed with my insurance and my correct copay.

This place was quiet, clean, and had friendly staff. I was immediately greeted and from the time I filled out paperwork to the the I was called in to get some xrays (was helped by tech named Kristen) it was less than 5 minutes! Amazing! The physician who saw me was a younger lady by the name Gonzalez, she was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the experience was stress-free and fast. Thank you! I will be making this the only urgent care I go to.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Have gone on many occasions here and from the front office to the medical assistant to the doctors that see you they all are caring. Would definitely recommend this urgent care location!

Very well organized. I got in and out very quickly. I also like that you can make an appointment online so you don’t have to sit in the lobby and wait for your turn.

Not too crowded the few times I’ve gone here. Pretty quick, efficient, clean and friendly. The location is convenient for me which is a bonus.

I’ve been to Marque twice now and each time it’s been a great experience. I’m seen quickly by the kind and patient staff and I leave feeling like I’ve been heard and with a solution in hand. Marco, I believe, was the name of the medical assistant and Dr. Gonzalez was the Doctor I saw. They, along with the lovely women at the front desk whose names I did not get, were wonderful.

This is a nice place. Close to my house. The copay is the same as my regular Dr which is nice. I've never waited more than about 15 mins. Staff is friendly very helpful.
