Marque Urgent Care

The people at Marque were fast, courteous and helpful. There was not a long wait on a Saturday afternoon and they answered all my questions.

Excellent service and care. I had an eye infection and was taken care of by genuine people who I felt listened to my needs. The staff was professional and I got in and out in no time. I highly recommend Marque. It’s a clean and spacious clinic and would come here again.

Scheduled appointments to avoid one hour wait shown on website. Arrived a few minutes before our appointment and waited over an hour even though the website said the current walk in waiting time was 50-60 minutes. Would have come in as a walk-in if I knew we would wait as long as a walk-in even with an appointment.

Called. Left a message, no one answered or replied. Took a bus and did a walk in. A senior who said he couldn't write well was filling out forms at the desk instead of being asked to sit down so I stood there 10 mins just to be told that their testing isn't free. Headed to walgreens where it is.

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and kind doctor. He’s was so nice and empathetic. Thank you!

Don’t go here if you want quick covid results especially for your child! I was told rapid results would come back in 20 min, took 4 hours to get a call back. Was told pcr test would take 2 days. Day 6 and no results yet! Can’t get a hold of anyone! Will Never go back!

The place is clean and they took care of my issue right away. Friendly staff, I would definitely use their services again if need be.

Reseptionist was very friendly and caring of people waiting in line that were sick. Nurse was very nice and apologized for the wait. I did not think she needed to apologize. They were very busy. I understand. Overall nice people. I highly recommend them.

Recently We Visited this place, My Wife was on pain and can't wait for PP appointment, First time in this Urgent Care facilities, we like to shout out the whole staff, so profesional and then thank for those follow up phone calls asking for my wife condition,

Online appointment scheduling is great! I was in and out in 90 minutes. Friendly staff. The family nurse practitioner who evaluated my symptoms was personable and skilled. I would return to this clinic again.

I brought my 1 year old in for a fever that his PCP couldn’t see him for due to their covid restrictions. We were welcomed in by a warm front line staff. It was a quick and smooth check in. I really want to highlight Chase (not sure of his title). His bedside manner was top notch. I loved that he spoke to my crying son and didn’t just jump into what he needed to do, this even included a covid test, which I was really nervous about. The physician was able to identify the problem and effectively explained to me plan of care for my little one.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience. I can't say the same for my daughter in law (same vehicle). But, my video visit, tester and follow up video visit were all pretty smooth. And, this really meant so much because I was feeling horrible. So, their professionalism and precision care went a long way. Thank you Team Marque.

I got swabbed for COVID. The results results were supposed to be ready within 15 min. I sat and waited 45 min still no results. I went back up to the front desk and asked heavy set girl with the glasses if my results were ready. She replied “Oh yea I just have to print them out. Give me a second”. The girl with the glasses at the front desk is rude. She needs to take a customer service skills course. If she wasn’t so busy chatting with co worker maybe she’d be able to do her job and print the results instead of having people waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. I do not recommend!
