The office staff the providers and the nurses always take time to listen and respond appropriately to any concerns or questions that I have had of them I would give more than five stars if I could

Excellent clinic and amazing doctor. Staff was attentive and super friendly. I showed up they took care of me immediately. Their intake procedure is super quick compared to other medical facilities. Strongly recommend.

The staff was very nice and efficient. The doctor was thorough and informative. He help me with my medication, since it was late and I'm from out of state, with no clue where to get my prescription filled. Thank you for your help.

I rarely post reviews but was impressed by this experience and thought I should share it.
I visited  Marque Urgent care in Rancho Santa Margarita yesterday 6/36/21, as I was in terrible pain and suspected a UTI.
I webt without an appointment, my temperature was taken at the door and I was advised of the Covid-19 precautionary measures to be taken, and of the approximate 1 hour wait. The clinic was spotless and I was taken in to be examined within 25 mins. A nurse did all the pre-examination steps and asked for a urine sample,   they have a lab on-site.
While I waited for the results doctor Jamarai Damanpreet examined me thoroughly, was very pleasant, not at all rushed and she took time to listen to my explanations of the symptoms and even asked about similar issues I had in the past. The lab results were available in minutes and she prescribed the necessary treatment, sent the prescription immediately to the pharmacy and I was out and home within an hour of arriving there. This morning I got a courtesy call to find out how I was doing.

I would highly recommend this facility.

Dr Eaves and staff are so nice. I would recommend Dr Eaves to any one and would see her all the time if she was there every day. I was in and out in like 20 minutes and you can tell she cares.

I'm very impressed and relieved I found your office. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get an appt for COV d testing. I work the fro t lines and would think I would have priority somewhere and unfortunately not. My daughter's and I enjoyed the virtual doctor she was sweet and very thorough. Creating appointment and attending appointment via Zoom was made incredibly easy. Frederick Perez, NP was friendly, thorough, and informative in his assessment alleviating any concerns and fears I may have had during this stressful time.

For this appointment, everything went quickly and smoothly. No delays with prompt and attentive service were appreciated.

The doctor was knowledgeable and very informative. I felt extremely comfortable explaining my situation and was happy with the advice and direction afforded to me by the doctor.

My husband saw the Iranian doctor and she did nothing for him. Later that evening he went to the emergency room and had an IV with 2 bags. Then he went to his normal doctor and got on antibiotics the next day. She does not believe in any medication as I saw her before for a back injury and she blew me off. Terrible Doctor.

All I can say is that I highly recommend Dr. Bhougil. She's extremely friendly, funny, smart, compassionate, and overall just an excellent doctor who actually cares about her patients and treats you like family.

I threw my back out and being new to the area, we do not have a family practioner yet. I booked an online appt with Marque, and had such an amazing experience. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Eaves immediately. My assessment was thorough and my treatment plan was spot on. I’m still recovering, but would go back in a heartbeat if the need presented itself!

Awesome urgent care- 1st time due to my daughter needing to be checked for a concussion. They are open until 10pm!

This place is amazing and very clean. The staff is incredibly professional and they truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! Hopefully I don't have to go back soon, but if I need an urgent care, I will be going here.

Visited this Urgent Care last year when my son was injured at baseball. Spoke with the staff on the phone before arriving to make sure it was something they could examine/treat vs.wasting time and they assured us they were the right place for us and could handle. We walked in to an empty waiting room which I thought was great, went right into a room where they rinsed him off with water and told us to go to the ER. However, they didn’t send us on our way before charging us and when we called to ask for billing details we were required to submit to the sports organization’s insurance for recompensation, they wouldn’t/couldn’t provide anything more than the receipt we already had or anything that showed billing codes for what care was provided so we weren’t able to receive our money back from that insurance plan. It was an all around frustrating experience. They could have been honest on the phone and recommended the ER from the start vs.just trying to get our money.

From the moment I walked into the facility until I departed, the entire staff was friendly, professional & helpful! Always love the quick, attentive service here. Helps make the pain gp away quicker. Thank you!

Horrible. Do NOT go here. My wife went with a cut finger and was charged $429 for a band-aid and told to go to the ER. No help, unqualified staff for urgent care.
