Delightful, knowledgeable staff, easily made appointment, clearly delivered advice for treatment. A great experience.

This is the second or third time that as an out-of-town’er I’ve had to utilize Marque’s services. This time around, after having been sent to a Kaiser Permanente facility, I left there in search of a Marque facility that was open on Christmas Day. Never a good time to need medical care but my ear was killing me. Much like the last time with Marque it was a great experience from arrival to departure and beyond and like I said…it was Christmas. Everybody at the Aliso Viejo site was courteous, professional and very empathetic to my plight. My ‘hats off’ to these young people who took care of me. It’s much appreciated and nice to know that they’re there.

Very convenient and efficient video/virtual visits, quick and to the point, same day availability, good doctors. Earlier in person experience was also very good.

This facility is terrific. I had a problem with my shoulder and first had a zoom meeting with Dr. Walters who took a look at my shoulder online, and after some discussion, recommended that I visit the facility later in the day. I was greeted by a very professional office staff of Jessica, Daisy, Justin and Matthew who reviewed my history and meds and updated my file quickly and painlessly. My wait time was about 10 minutes. I was then seen by Esther Watanabe, P. A, who was very knowledgeable and very clearly explained my diagnosis and a course of action. She also had me schedule a follow-up visit for the following day. When I went back, I met with Chelsea Lawrence, P. A, who happened to have specialized in orthopedics and did a very careful workup and diagnosis of exactly what had happened to me and what I needed to review with my Primary Care physician. I can't say enough about the attention and care I received from these people, and, while I hope I won't need it, if I do need urgent care again, I can go back knowing that these people provide the kind of service and attention that is the best.

The doctor or staff who did a virtual consultation was knowledgeable, gives good information and advice, not to mention very professional.

Always professional, and efficient. Whenever I’ve had to go to urgent care, I’ve had nothing but great care!

Receptionist brought a chair out to me while we waited on Covid test.
All staff were very professional and helped me be relaxed and comfortable.

The staff were amazing— from the moment I arrived until I left. The gal at the front desk was very empathetic of our wait time, and offered drinks and snacks. Also the gal that attended to me in the room was so kind and patient with me and the PA was very informative and through with me. This will be my go to urgent care and will refer my friends and family, too!

Best Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had! They got me in quickly, everyone was professional and attentive, and overall it felt like a really personal experience! I came in for an exam to see if my foot was broken, and I received the exact care I was desiring. The staff quickly got me X-rays and gave me outpatient care. This will be my go-to Urgent Care from now on!

Marque medical always delivers high quality and quick service. It’s easy to make an appointment and they always honor your appointment time. Staff is friendly and Drs take the time to listen and treat you with care. Marque medical is my go to when I have a health issue that needs immediate attention.

The staff, nurses and doctors here are very kind, patient and make you feel welcome there. It is also a very clean office. Thanks for helping me get better.

I had a appt at 2: 30 and it took 90 mins from start to finish. (I did have a few X-rays of my knee) The people that work there from the front desk to PA were very nice and caring I just didn’t expect it to take THAT long. I will definitely come back but next time I will just plan for it to take a while.

The staff are really nice and responsible. Doctor is wonderful, he clarifies and explains a few things for me, and really cares about his patients' need.

This facility is very clean and professional looking. They have great Covid practices and take temperatures at the door. The physician assistant that I saw was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me as well as gave me a printed copy of diagnosis and care instructions.
I was very impressed and would go back again if need be.

Went to this clinic on a Sunday, staff was so incredibly helpful and informative. The PA was wonderful and listened to all my questions/concerns about the back pain I was having. Was able to get seen and treated within 30 minutes. Will happily go back if/when needed!
