We brought our daughter in for a walk in appointment and the service was fast and efficient. The facility was also very clean and the staff did a great job making our visit comfortable for her. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

Front desk girl was professional and efficient. Did not ask me to refill paperwork -just needed my updated insurance and she noted the reason for the visit. I was roomed within 5 minutes by a sweet and skilled MA. About 3 minutes later the PA saw me -shared a bit about my history and propensity for acquiring pneumonia. She did the most complete lung exam I have ever had. She requested the testing and the MA returned almost immediately to do them. It was truly exceptional care!

From the check-in personnel, medical assistants and the physician, every thing and everyone was so nice and ensured the process went smoothly. Communication was excellent! ’

The Lady Dr. That cared for me has the absolute best bedside manner of any Dr. I have been around. And I am 72 years old. I am so sorry I failed to remember her name but please look it up and let her know. The young man who took my vitals and prepared me for the Dr.was excellent as well.

Staff and Dr very friendly and professional. Wasn't busy around 4 so our wait wasnt long. Very convenient doing new patient information on line.

CHOC doctor was patient with my patient. My teen had a stomach bug, and we were treated in a caring manner.

PA Wood was such a nice and relaxed clinician. Diagnosed me quickly and was able to feel better less than a day later with prescription.

Makes no sense to book an appointment when you still have to wait almost 1 hour to be seeing. Everything else it’s good there.

PA on duty did not diagnose my daughter's ear infection, they did a bunch of tests for obv$$ous reasons. I will not use this place any longer.

I didn't have to wait long. The staffs were great, very nice and professional. The Dr was great, got me fixed up. Picked up my meds just a walk away at CVS. Was a good experience for me.
