Excellent experience. Clean facility, not crowded. Professional, caring staff. Highly recommended.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, making a stressful situation much more workable. Our second dose of Moderna was delayed, but only by one business day. They contacted us right away and scheduled our second visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Marque Medical to anyone looking for quality care.

Even with an appt.be prepared to wait in the lobby FOREVER. They’ll schedule you for multiple “follow up” visits to collect your copay multiple times; it’s the American way after all; capitalism at its finest!

Do not go here. I went to get one strep test and now my insurance has been charged thousands of dollars for tests that were never done. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

NP Brian and Nurse Rosie at the PB clinic took such great care of me! Thank you to the whole team for being kind, patient and thorough. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend this clinic to anyone who is searching for quality care with a group of excellent medical professionals.

Changed my review because I went to the office in PB and they were great. Had a great experience. They don’t have x-ray capability so that was the only down side but that’s not the staff’s fault.

We are on vacation and we needed to take our son in for a lingering fever and cough. We were very nervous as we are not familiar with the area, but this place was amazing. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were amazing and took such good care of us. Everyone was so sweet and took their time with us!

Everyone was so nice here! I showed up less than hour before they closed but they were so understanding. I’ve never been to an urgent care where everyone was so genuine and kind!

Great Experience! I did not have to wait long, The doctors and nurses were very personable. They listened to me and made it easy. I was in and out in about an hour.

Great staff! Everything was perfect. From the nurse at the front desk to the doctor that stiched me up the night of my injury to the nurse that did my check-up to and the doctor that removed my stiches.this staff has a vast amount of knowledge and cares about thier patients. I would recommend any patient to their service.

I was on vacation in San Diego when I realized I needed medical attention. I'd never encountered that before and was very worried about potential out-of-pocket costs and where to go. I first tried another urgent care that didn't take HMO plans, they referred me to Marque. Everyone there was so helpful, from the front desk staff to the nurses and physician. They did their best to take a situation that was somewhat scary and stressful and make it as painless and comfortable as possible.

My first visit was ok but my second I Walk out disappointment because looks like they don't care about the patients and not helping at all going there it's just wasting time he looks like the only care is money

The best urgent care I've been to. The customer service from Jessie and Travis were amazing. They make you feel like they've know you forever. They got me in and out of there.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I gave this a four star because the wait was a little longer than anticipated, although the waiting room was not that full. However, I was an out-of-town walk -in, so I was not completely disappointed and would return. The Doctor I saw was very welcoming and easy going. Would recommend.

Staff was very professional and efficient handling my check in along with the high volume of patients. They made sure I was comfortable since I was injured as I waited to be called in. Lani, Char, Jenn, Dr. Kremer were all amazing and caring, definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

The medical staff and people were ok, however I feel as if I got ripped off by the front desk. I have a copay of $75 for urgent care and got charged $150? Not sure how that works.

Jessy, the recepcionist lady is very kind and helpful. Really nice! The staff and the doctor are great. The only thing, I would not wear gloves to use the laptop.

Had to drop in while on vacation. Luckily, I went in early in the morning just as Marque was opening and was helped right away. The entire staff -from receptionists to nurses to the doctors who saw me- were both professional, friendly and thorough. While I dont necessarily want to return to urgent care again, if I need to in the future, I’ll be back at Marque.

We were lucky that there was not a lot of people ahead of us when we got there. The waiting room was full after we left the Dr. 's office. The staff was friendly and made our children feel special. I have no complaints about my visit.

Awesome staff and knowledgeable doctor. Not the quickest appointments, but it's a small place and no doctor's office has an express lane if you're a walk-in.
