I enjoy living here. I love my location and my apartment is awesome. It is close to shopping and close to my grandchildrun which is why I moved here.

This place is a joke applied didn't get a response to tell me I was denied until a week and a half later 3 weeks later still haven't returned my holding deposit and won't answer my calls

Apartment not up to part linking bathroom sink damaged refrigerator all amenities listed not available garage parking ect not recommended trash is ridiculous nasty not very clean

I recently moved here and really enjoy the amenities. My previous place didn't have any amenities and being able to use the gym at the clubhouse is really convenient after I get home from work.

Been here a few months here and I love it! Lovely apartments. It’s quiet, our neighbors are friendly and reserved, and parking is very manageable.

Allowable Construction Hours:
Monday through Friday between 7: 00 a.m. To 9: 00 p.m.
Saturdays and National Holidays between 8: 00 a.m. To 6: 00 p.m.
Sundays, no construction except for residents.

It is not necessary to be using loud equipment early in the morning when you have all day. They finish landscaping (or just blowing dirt and leaves) by noon every time. This is a bad habitual pattern and were showing our residents a poor service. I'm very unhappy and I will not tolerate.

So far the best experience been here for about 9 months the only issue i had was the washer when i moved in but they replaced it with a new one after trying to fix it twice Manager and the ladies in the front are nice and helpful when you ask them for help or something.

I've been living here for almost a year and never had any problems living here but I also pay my rent on time, so I never ran into issues that somes left reviews about.
I'm actually going to renew my lease.
I love it here and all the things this apartment has to offer.

Trash apartment, the office staff is unprofessional, they allow homeless to use the pool showers, they allow people to sell drugs out of garages, and finally after my year lease was up and could leave that place I went above and beyond to clean our apartment when we moved into an apartment that was not move in ready had stained carpets and messed up mirrors. They noted everything when we moved in and took pictures. Now after we moved out we had inspection and passed with Armondo he said that everything was from before and was normal wear and tear and that we would receive full deposit back. They mailed us a check for $14.71 said there was over $750 in damage. We will be contacting a lawyer to sue this company! Please don’t get jacked like us! Stay away far away! Not BBB affiliated I’m sure the rate would be F - -

The front office is very unprofessional. They can't even help you when your car is being towed, and by the way, They tow cars like crazy here. I at least spent 1000 on my car in total. And I call the front manager to see if he can help. But they say no.which I know is a lie. They can get the cars released easily if they wanted to all they have to do is call the towing place and inform them that it was a mistake, which they don't even care to do. I hate this place. Btw if your late on rent they won't give any chances. They just say they won't take your rent money and you'll be evicted.

First off I want to thank Michelle for the smoothest rental experience. Been here for only a month but have nothing but positive things to say. Very spacious two bedroom units and private garages are a plus.

Untrained and qualified management team when I lived there I had the worst experience ever when I used to live there,
I don't recommended it to any one at all.

This is a update to my review. Marquessa still gets less the one star! Although they have got some office staff that are at least pleasant to talk to now they are still bending people over for everything possible. My wife and i moved out a moth ago and they are trying to now charge us 1300 dollars on top of our 750 dollar deposit! Oh but wait they were kind enough to drop it down to 500 dollars and my 750 dollar deposit which means either they are now willing to take a loss or they were trying to take my head off and overcharge me before! Completely lost all credibility
with me. They trap you with the cheapest WHITE carpet (seriously in a rental white carpet?) that stains from the mud they create from over watering the grass, not to mention it is such low quality carpet that the vacuum becomes tangled in it. My wife and i bought a carpet cleaner to maintain the carpets while living here and it still wasn't enough they want to replace the carpet in the entire unit! I was offered a pre-move out inspection which never happen because my dogs were in the apartment even though the maintenance guys had been in my apartment several times over the two years we lived there without us home no issues at all. I went to the office to get a copy and the girl told me the supervisor wasn't there and she would get it to me the next day. Never seen it i didn't find out until i turned my keys in that they never did the inspection! No call or effort to re schedule from them. Dont do buisness with these people they are shady and will milk you dry of every cent to your name!

I wish I could give marquessa less then one star. We have been everything but happy with our stay here. Almost a year ago we signed our lease with equity property management and at the time were not informed that a new management company was taking over (according to the assistant manager pinnicale has been taking over for the last 3 years) I was never given a choice if I wanted to stay or leave do to new management only the guarantee that the new management would be better, friendly, and more professional then before. They are anything but that. I was charged a late fee for rent even though I paid inside my grace period. To top it off I wasn't charged the fee untill the 15th of the month! When I went to the office to just ask some questions of why this happened the way it did and why I wasn't charged the fee right away the assistant manager gave me nothing but attitude. I explained to her my lease says I have untill the 5th to pay rent as a grace period, and that I had paid on the 5th in the past with no fees of any sort being charged. She then told me that my grace period is up on the 4th and that I should consider myself lucky I didn't get charged the other times before. And that I would have known about the fee is I checked my online account everyday WHO THE HELL CHECKS THERE ACCOUNT EVERYDAY? Very un professional. Also the parking pass situation is ridiculous I have a 15 passenger full size van and 4 motorcycles and had to argue with the lady why it all won't fit into the one car garage! After finally getting the pass for the van they would not give me a pass for my other vehicle because the reg. And insurance isn't in my name and informed me if I parked it outside the gate it may be towed. All the employee beside shea and johnny are all on some kind of power trip taking life way to seriously. I'm glad I will be moving out in less then 4 months and will not miss this place one bit. STAY AWAY they make nothing but false promises to get you to sign a lease. For example we were told if we wanted to move out of our 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom we could do so no questions asked. Come to find out that isn't true they only allow you to up size not down size. Oh but then I was presented with another option which was pay 2 months rent and we will let you out of the lease completely. Why would a company rather me break my lease and stop paying them to live in there apartment then let me downsize and continue to give them a rent check each month? This place sucks.

I've been living here a little over 1 year. The apartments are very spacious and has a lot of storage. My husband and i had another baby while renting here and we were not worried about the room. We have enough room and storage to accommodate our family of 4. Kitchen is a little small and closed off from the living room. But it does have a nice little pantry that works perfect for us. The maintenance here is good. They have always fixed any little problem and are very respectful and friendly. Parking is probably the one thing I hate about this place. I know it's an apartment complex, but I always jave to make sure I'm home before 9 p.m. Anytime after that I have to either park really far or ALL the way by the leasing office. I'm the last building so with 2 kids 2 and under that makes it really difficult for me. I wish they would do assign parking that way I don't have to worry about being home by a certain time. Otherwise I can't complain about anything else. The pool area is nice and clean, my family and I enjoyed that area a lot during the summer. I also love being near everything ex: Costco, walmart, and restaurants and shopping.

There was a mold from a leak in our apt that they at first wouldn't fix and then just stuck a bandaid over the problem. It was in our daughters room. So we moved. Unhelpful and rude management.

The new management company that took over, is running tenant out. Promises about what they will do and Never do what they say. Charges after Charges. Bring back the old management company

I rate this a negative 10. I am so happy that today was my last day. Hate is a very strong word I do not like to use but I have come to HATE the new management team. Horrible unprofessional rude people. They even ran off their own employees.
