Marshalls, San Diego CA

I like going here, but the long line at checkout makes me choose to leave without a purchase. The parking lot at this new shopping center us crowded and very littered.

I am so happy to fine Marshall's! I can fine a lot that I need and it's a very pleasant place to shop

Very clean store! Love the fact that they had multiple cashier AND more employee cleaning different sections! All the shoes sizes were in the right places. Clothes actually sorted in size sections!

Can't seem to get the the same buzz as Ross. We tried many different Ross and Marshalls stores and we just like Ross more than Marshalls. Can't put my finger on and figure out why?

Marshall's is a very good place to buy gifts and clothes for a decent price. It's filled with all sorts of things from shoes to toys to some kitchenware you might find handy. Although sometimes the items could be damaged or already used. Overall a good store.

The customer service representative was professionally friendly and knowledgeable about resolving a glitch at the check out terminal. We were moved to another terminal to complete the transaction.

Love the store. Unfortunately due to Covid, lines are way too long, they have to limit the amount of people, plus you cannot try clothes on, do not like that. Not their fault.

Love this store. I want the best for Marshall's and hope it will prevail during negative economy via pandemic. But when the isles are blocked I know at times it is too much to move the mess baskets or displays. And if I don't see what is down the isle you don't sell anything. When 100 people enter per hr. 1/4 will attempt that isle and 1/2 of those give up. 12 people might get through a main isle and 10% will purchase. Maybe, if lucky in an hour you may have 1.2 people make a purchase in that 1 main isle in an hr. Imagine if 1/4 of the isle have this result. Please clean and use common sense in the isles. Employees need the job and I need my full shopping bags. That is only 1 per isle. Lord help you if you need to pass someone. Remember! SOCIAL DISTANCE! YOU CAN'T!

Good staff, good quality but the only thing U will say the cashier ask me if I would like to apply for credit card so I can save %10 off she told me 3 times

I love our neighborhood Marshall's here in Carmel Mountain! They have the best stuff, from clothes to snacks, to kitchenware and more! Seriously the best!

They have allclad cookware. Their 12 in skillet, sauté pan are the winners year after om America's Test Kitchen. Be sure to check here for discounted quality cookware.

This store is awesome not only having great merchandise there employees are something else feels like family when I shop there the management team is got something special

I can't say Marshalls had everything that I needed, but it was exactly what I expected. I was also greeted by the manager when I came in, and the line was short! Clean store and lots of inventory

Very good deals here for best stuff, but you do have to spend quite a while here to browse through everything.still, if you find something, it’s great

The Marshalls store on Carmel Mt. Road is my favorite - and I have shopped at Marshalls stores from Solana Beach to Kearny Mesa when in the areas. This store is clean, well organized and well stocked with a variety of everything from clothing to home goods. During the Christmas season they have an nice assortment of Christmas items to choose from such as candy and other foods, candles, ornaments and decor. In particular this Marshall's location has friendly employees and generally the line of customers waiting to check out goes relatively quickly. I would highly recommend shopping at this Marshalls location.

Great selection compared to the Mira Mesa as this is somewhat tucked in between many popular stores. It's directly next to the Sprouts.

This store has gone down hill in my opinion. No fall boots, no music in the store. Just felt very dated. Disappointing

Good place for random things. Don't go here looking for something specific. If you just go here looking for a good deal on something random, this place is great.

I'm writing a review about one of the employees at the Marshalls in Carmel Mountain Plaza, San Diego. I returned an item I had bought for a gift, but I wanted to check if they had a bigger size. Neideen (I hope I spelled it right) was so kind to check if they had that polo shirt in other stores. Called, gave a description of the item, waited until the person on the other end checked and came back, and did everything she could to help me find what I wanted, all with a smile and all the patience in the world.
I didn't think of a review, but as I was leaving, I told my husband how nice she had been, and another employee suggested me leaving a review for her, which I'm doing right now, two days later:)
I like this store. They have quality, things are more organized than things in similar stores, and their staff is very kind and helpful. Even when people try lots of clothes, the women at the dressing rooms are always smiling and kind. I always find great things here, for the house and for my closet:)
