This location was my favorite location to go to but not anymore. The store Manager Anna P is very rude and unprofessional!
Last weekend I went to this location and purchased 7 items from this location and I paid about $120. They hired lots of young employees that don’t have that much experience recently.
Today after a week went to return 3 of my items that I didn’t want they told me they can not refund me for 2 items because I didn’t pay for them from the beginning. The way manager was talking to me it was like I took those items without paying and now I want refund for something I didn’t pay. They refunded me only for one item and the other two they just took it without paying me back. My receipt was showing them I purchased 7 items and was returning 3!
I took the manager’s name to complain because she accused me for shoplifting! I just lost about $55.

First time in since Covid started! How I missed this place. Seemed like their stock was a bit low? Didn't matter tho, I got what I needed

Smaller than most Marshalls and it's a real hot or miss with items. I have gotten really lucky with gardening pots once and never again, same with my favorite brand of jeans being there once for several pairs and never again. Still worth a stop just in case.

Definitely the most organized Marshall’s I’ve ever been to! Today I bought 2 chairs from here and the girls working were so happy to help me load them into my car! I wish I had asked them their names so I could give them credit! Great experience

Always great! New finds and prices are always reasonable. My h better than mall prices. And the shopping center is clean, safe and well maintain.

Always courteous cashiers. Much appreciated. Inventory isn't as large as, say, the South Coast store but still a good place to shop.

They sell expired product. Customer service is rood and very defensive. I bought pet food. When I opened it at home, I realized it smells so bad like a rotten sheet. My dog even do not want to try it and after snif it just walked aside. When I told customer service about that, they just became super defensive even ot is very obvious that this product is rotten. I was shocked. Never ever in my life had such a bad experience. They treat customers with total disrespect. Noone even apologized. They did not refund the product as well as it was opened. How you can know what is inside the package if you do not open. Will report them to BBB.

Loaded the staff is cool very competitive with Ross and TJ Maxx everything about the store is exceptional

Great, clean and organized. Great selection of pots for small house plants. When my girlfriend said let's go to Marshalls to look for pots. I was like, Nah! But she was right

This place does seem to be always in slight disarray. It is to be expected because of the volume of adults and children that passed through. I find their prices are. Okay.

A great place with tons of choices of new products. The place is clean, organizer, well maintained and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

We bought a pant from this store, but the quality was terrible, we tried to return it and store did not take it.
