This store typically has a great selection, but my god it is by far the worst one for checking out. The typical wait time on a good day is always 30 - 45 mins and 65 - 85 mins on the worst days, doesn't matter what day or time you shop. I've shopped on a Monday at 2: 30 pm and a Saturday at 4 pm, it's always the same. The line is always leading from the front of the store to the bathroom section.at the very back of the store! Not sure how every other Marshalls and Home Goods in the area has it already figured out and this one doesn't.

Very Slow customer service. Was standing in the longest line ever. One hour to pay for 2 items.

They have a great selection of quality things here. Plus this place has everything organized clean and neatly put together which makes finding things a lot simpler.

Marshall became exactly like a zoo! No one around to help you or answer your question, 37 minutes waiting to check out! Unbelievable no more.

They had nothing that I really wanted to get from there. They don't keep up with third cologne n perfume selections. They are locked up behind plexiglass so you can't even see the prices of some of the items.

Always give yourself enough time to check out. Every time I come (usually on weekdays) there’s always a slow moving line.

Hidden one of a kind little buys for home decor to gifts. I just love Home Goods since my aunt introduced me to it!

A Marshall's and a Homegoods in one!? What more can you ask for! I will drive further just to come here. My local homegoods does not have all this amazing decor!

It's alright, you can find plenty of stuff, although some of them are opened or damaged by other people.

I tried to return some clothes that were never worn with tags on them and because I left my receipt they refused to take them back even though the tags are on all the clothes. The worst customer service I have ever experienced

Wow, this place is awesome. I went to purchase Thanksgiving items, I totally love everything I got. Great quality. This place is always busy, so you will spend some time in line to check out, however, lots of cashier available for a quicker checkout.

Lines are far to long. Purchased a lot of merchandise, when I went through my bag when I got home, I noticed not all my merchandise was not in there. With receipts, I'm hoping I don't have a difficult time, with there customer service. Past observation mgmt customer service has been poor.

Great store, but not for everything. You can get some really good kitchen and bathroom itesm, but clothing is mostly very low quality.

I love this store! I would live here if I could. Great selection and compared to some of the Marshall I've been to, pretty well maintained. The line to check out can get intimidatingly long, but the staff works hard to keep it moving fast. Great experience every time I go!

Quickly moving line to purchase. Good selection of products. Nice pictured of a cow. Good location! Next.to Vallarta. Huge store. Very roomy. The combination of Marshall's and Home Goods was excellent.

What to say. Can be great and can be a mess. I often find myself leaving the store (AND THIS IS A BIG STORE) Empty handed.

Love going to closeout stores, there's always something interesting to buy, browse and try on. This location is well kept and organized. If you find something that you like, but it first then question later because of limited inventory

We keep coming back because the staff are nice and they offer good deals on bath and kitchen supplies. Around Christmas they have especially good selection of clothing brands.

Good location, and good selection! Love how Glendale downtown is looking right now. Parking structure is available all the way around the bulding, and you can also walk to the Homegoods back entrance
