I just hauled a load for them. Rude and incompetent! Never sent me required delivery number until almost made my delivery late and it forced me a 60 year old to walk back and forth over 3 miles to get number and check in, then after knowing by that fiasco was already there called demanding time arrived something they already should know! Now I'll get to real meat of problem. I've driven 36 years without a single late load ever and several years ago I applied to them. I received my application so decided was in area so dropped it off personally. When I handed it in the idiot dropped it directly in waste basket and said quote " we don't hire cowboys" just because I was wearing western wear! Yeah fat chance I'd forget how bigoted the company is after that day! To this day I've never received an apology so impossible for me to ever play nice with anyone who represents them and I mean never going to happen! I'm still waiting for that apology but know better then to hold my breath! @

This is a lie! They lie, cheat, and steal from drivers all the time. I worked here. I know many drivers that have left because of the real bad mistreatment of drivers! When I first got here, they lied about equipment and tried putting me a smoked out 2018. They show hella favoritism. You can't keep your truck more than 4 days. It must be back on the 5th day, If you going on vacation for a week you must return the truck. Then you have to go through the whole damn process of getting a new truck that they may or may not have all because you went on vacation. They sent me to get a load that wasn't scheduled to be picked up 4 days later, this happened a few times. They all work in the same building, so they are always talking to each other, laughing at the drivers when they screw them over. My driver leader called but wasn't paying attention that I answered, and I overheard them laughing at something pertaining to a driver. Their pay structure is a lie! I found out at orientation after you get hired it's 52 cents a mile plus 8cent making it. 60 if you do everything they tell you. If you refuse, not only do they take the 8 cent, but they also write you up. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND THEY LIE! THEY COULD GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU! This is just a few things I'm telling you about. If you don't listen and work here. It's on you. Good luck!
P.s. I was treated bad by even HR worthless only there for the company. Tried contacting president and vice president NONE OF THEM RETURNED MY CALL!

At Marten, recruiter Alex Moreno is the best. If you are going to put a job application, choose him. I highly recommend it. In my experience, his work process is really professional.

This company caused me to quit trucking. They treated me and my wife horrible. Our pay wasn’t right too many times for it to be an honest mistake. We had the worst driver manager ever, he rarely answered our calls and always seemed so confused. There’s no chain of command, your driver manager is god with this company. I left a review before and it magically disappeared. This company provided me with the worst trucking experience in my 6 years of trucking. After numerous requests no one in upper management has yet to respond. It became so stressful that we quit and left money owed to us on the table. I would give this company minus stars if I could.

Do Not Work Here JV yard! They Lie, Put fake Accidents on you, Make you Sit knowing you're a Runner, Leave Maggots post the Shop and Hide your Truck, My Truck was Towed by Them, They said I hard braked & landed in the Intersection, Showed me the Video showing Otherwise, Ignored the Video and let me go saying Other Drivers have caused Accidents in Jan 2023 so they have to let me go. Now refuse to answer my Emails or Calls and I can't get a job behind their false allegations. OH and I parked my personal vehicle directly outside the Entrance and it was mysteriously side swipped but the light was busted and the rear was pulled off of my Car. This was after an intense argument about them Towing my Truck. The are purposely trying to keep me out of Work. I was happy to when I started, post the Bonus my h*ll never ended. DON'T WORK HERE! Trust none of them unless ur an. Nevermind, you've been warned.
