Martinez Passport Office

The woman who does passports is beyond rude and is the type of lazy government employee who makes all of them look bad. The website clearly states appointment hours from 10-1 on Saturdays, but she refuses to accept walkins and makes people take appointment slots when they arrive. We wasted an hour of our day driving to and from the post office because she refuses to honor the dropin hours listed on the website and is extraordinarily rude about the lack of consideration for others time. Please remove this woman and put her in the back sorting mail where she can't disrespect customers.

Laura at the passport office is really an inconsiderate and rude person. She has a government job so she's just taking it easy. Rude and inconsiderate to basically everyone she encounters.
