I've lived in CA for 25 years & in my experience with other properties I've owned it's hard to trust a good
A/C company but Larson go above & beyond to fix your needs & make sure you are taken care of. I trust them completely. Thank you all Marvel employees for being there for me & my family.you're the BEST!

This is the 3rd time our family has used Marvel Air Conditioning & Heating. Gerry and his entire staff work very hard to give you great service and Top Notch installation. From the front office till the job is complete, Highly recommend Marvel, They're Marvelous!

This might sound like I'm laying it on thick, but it's the truth: The one service experience I'm most grateful for, is with Marvel and its owner, Gerry Vecino.

Gerry and his team did a major system redo & install at our previous home, a sprawling 3000SF house. They had to remove old, solid metal ducting, lay out the new flexible kind, and upgrade an over-burdened 4 ton Bryant system, to a very capable 5 ton Trane.

From there, Gerry helped us with repairs on 4 other properties' HVAC systems, including our current house - even though we are well out of his service area. That was 10 years ago. We had just moved to Long Beach, and didn't know of any really trusted HVAC services. So he did us a solid to make sure we were set and tuned up.

Fast forward to this year, we had a new Heat Pump system installed in our house, this time by a company whose co-owner I went to high school with. Fairly quickly, we noticed a problematic up & down whining noise coming from the condenser. We reached out to that service, whose tech initially said that "new compressors are loud. " I wasn't buying that - it was so annoying, it made our old system sound new by comparison.

I reached out to Gerry, sent him a video clip of it. Right away, he came back and said "NO, that is NOT normal noise. " He then advised me of the best ways I could approach this, to get the problem solved. His advice worked, in that it led to the manufacturer (American Standard) sending out its technicians, who confirmed that the condenser fan+motor unit was faulty.

After nearly 5 months, I'm still pushing this other HVAC service to resolve the issue. With them, I feel like "they got my money, they see no incentive now to help fix a problem we hear EVERY day, even though it's been diagnosed. " In other words, little to zero support nor initiative to take care of someone who gave them their business.

With Gerry & Marvel, even though he hasn't taken a dime from me in over 10 years, I'm still getting support. He actually cares because I *was* his customer. And he cares about the HVAC industry, and its integrity - he's passionate about what he does.

So I'm just gonna tell you, as far as HVAC in your home or business, he's the one you want in charge of taking care of you. He cares about how his level of service and actual work reflects on him, and how you feel about Marvel as a service provider. It's just an incredibly high level of integrity and character we don't see enough of anymore.

Gerry, Shawna, Luis and Mel all did an excellent job taking care of my AC needs in a timely manner.
They all go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied
Luis was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the repairs.
Gerry is awesome, he always goes above and beyond to meet his customers needs

As a customer, ya just want a problem fixed.this is the second time I've used Marvel (two different problems), and have to say they have everything going for them. They understand the problem, fix it, and are professionally responsive and reasonably priced. I could not be happier.

This team is exquisite. Hands down some of the most accommodating and capable crew I've had the actual pleasure to need.

That sounds a little backhanded but if you think about it, a lot of people who we go to for help, because we have to, are not generally cordial. This team, from Shawna *spelling? *, to Gerry, to the men that did the rapid and effective work, their names are Oscar and Oscar.

We have a whole other level of work that needs to be done too, and this company has my full support to get that. If you need an A/C service and you are a small business, these guys are exceptional.

Had a leak in my ceiling that was coming from two cracks in the drain line running through the attic. Our technician identified the issue, fixed it and tested again with no issue.

9yrs ago I purchased a unit from Marvel. (Great unit). I recently had an issue due to my lack of maintenance. Busy time for service due to the extreme heat. Contacted Marvel, was given a reasonable appointment. The owner (Gerry) handled the service himself. Good pricing, excellent customer service, solid company.

Gerry the owner found my problem in 20 mins, chewed wire. Other companies said mother board of furnace was fried, and other made up things. I found a new a/c company. Will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Not only did they do a great job but the professionalism was noteworthy. They we super clean, friendly, informed and on time. I will use this company again.

Update: we had some issues with our new a/c. A part was needed to be replaced. Of course, temps were in the 90s. They were able to get the part quickly and made us a priority. All is well. This is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend them.
