A little bit disappointed in the group piano class offered here as my child still hasn’t learned to play a song after 4 classes have passed, and we can’t even unenroll for a partial refund after discovering that this class doesn’t meet our need. Think twice before enrolling.

Just saw the reply from the office and again it’s a very disappointing reply. The kids only played one note of the song (not “part of” the song) and most of the time they were singing instead of learning about piano. I think it would be less misleading if the class was named as “group music class” instead of “group piano class”. Also, we wasn’t able to know what the class was like until we actually take it, which by then would be impossible for us to request refund under your policy. When I was expecting more from the following classes, I only found that every class was almost the same with the first class.

It’s very disappointing and it’s a waste of our time and money for someone coming for a “group piano class”.

I was a former voice student at Masako's Music Studio, and I wholeheartedly RECOMMEND her and her studio. Having attended several music studios in Fremont and the Bay Area, I can confidently say that my most EXCEPTIONAL learning experience was under the guidance of Ms. Masako. Her dedication to her students, profound knowledge, kindness, and compassion set her apart. She possesses a genuine love for teaching and ensures her students adopt correct posture and technique.

The value you receive from her instruction far outweighs the reasonable pricing. Additionally, she regularly organizes multiple concerts throughout the year. Her studio accommodates both private and group piano and voice lessons for adults and children, along with offerings in violin and guitar instruction.

Thanks to her guidance, I expanded my vocal range and gained the ability to perform some of my favorite Broadway and popular songs. I highly encourage you to enroll in music lessons at her studio.

I would like to take this time to let you know that we feel so lucky to have our daughter under the wonderful guidance, patience and dedication of Mrs. Masako as her piano teacher. Our daughter has been taking one-on-one private piano lessons with Mrs. Masako for more than 4 years now. She has grown so much in her piano and music skills and we are so proud of her efforts and progress. During the shelter-in-place government order, we were able to convert our in-person classes to online classes from home for the safety of our community. So far it has been no problem at all and Mrs. Masako has been very accomodating with the transitions and changes. We are happy that our daughter is still able to continue with her piano lessons during this difficult time. Thank you Mrs. Masako and her team for providing an excellent music educational service. I highly recommend her and her staff to everyone who is considering an outstanding music education for their children, friends and family.
