My massage was not good. I’ve had plenty of massages and this was not a professionally trained massage. They were going over bones with high pressure and not going in the right direction of the muscles, plus never moved my arms or head to really get the muscles good. I left there in much worse pain then when I arrived. The next day I felt bruised around my neck, and shoulder. Also the phone was answered multiple times by the person doing my massage and they left me on the table in the middle of massage. So I felt ripped off on the massage time. That’s bad customer service. Also they did not say anything to me about a mandatory 20% tip. So when I tipped them 15% the lady fought with me and got threatening, continued to give me angry looks as I walked out the door. I told them that they had not explained the mandatory 20% tip prior and that I was tipping what I felt was more than good enough, especially considering the service quality, and after all it is a tip, not the price of massage! There was another person who paid while I was waiting and they manipulated that person into paying $5 more. That person left upset. The only thing I can say positive is that it was a very clean facility. I don’t recommend this place at all! Go somewhere else!

My massage was lacking, big time. Yeah, I’m another one who is complaining about a mandatory tip, that’s shady business. If I cant complain about a mandatory 20% tip, I don’t want to hear about people complaining about car salesmen or paying $10k over sticker.

Place is decent but most importantly the massage was great! People get upset about the mandatory tip. A lady walked in when I was there and she KNEW they asked for 20% tip. She started saying that she knows people complain about this and started telling the receptionist/owner that they should just add the $10 to the prices and let clients give whatever tip they like. This woman was telling them how to run THEIR business. Made me wonder what she did for a living. That was very annoying and unattractive. She went there knowing this and at the end she stayed and got a massage. I felt embarrassed for her. If you don't like they way people run their business, don't go there. But she went, complained, advised them, and still waited for a massage.
Shout out to Jennifer who did an amazing Job. I did not mind the tip. The prices are already reasonable.

I really hace enjoyed their massages, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg. Satisfying.

Not a great place! I had to tell them, multiple times for deep tissue and I kept getting Swedish pressure. I felt like I actually got only 1/4th time of the actual massage I asked for. There are other places in town, to go instead. Plus mandatory ex amount tipping. Maybe they should have included tip amount in their service prices to begin with.
