12Got a masseuse who was pretty new and the session was okay, still felt like I had knots on my shoulder when I left
It is so relaxing. The receptionists great the guess respectfully on the phone and in person. The waiting room is always refreshing with infused water and mints. I usually get facials. All of the estitisions are professional. The messages are good too.
Customer service and front desk has went to the dumpster. Which is extremely unfortunate considering I've been going there for years. Alot of miscommunication or not following on their end. I love love Georgette she's the best they have but the front desk and staff they hired to run logistics has went down the tube.
I cancelled my account and asked for a manager to contact me they never cancelled account and was sti being charged.
Nice place for a massage. So relaxing and the music so meditative that it makes you want to go to sleep. At least it did for me. I would visit again.
First time with Marcia. My neck, shoulders, and IT Bands needed a lot of attention. My pressure style is "make sure i wake up sore tomorrow". Basically, pound out that tension and if u see me cry.just look away.i'm really happy.the tears are happy tears. Marcia was ahmazing.continuously checked on me.no pressure.less pressure. Hands down the best neck and shoulder massage ever.i'm like fresh spaghetti out of the hot water. Immediately, made a follow up appointment.
The therapists are wonderful. Five stars for sure. But be cautious purchasing products, as the staff did not notify me of their return, or in my case, non-return policy. Very disappointing, as the brands they market are pricey.
Got a massage here once and it was good. Tried to book a second appointment and nobody answers the phone for 20 mins! They can’t be closed because it’s 923! And they close at 10!
I can always count on feeling good after a massage. Nancy is great. I recommend her to anyone needing a massage.

Great location. Love the pampering I got from a complimentary facial I received. Roxanne was my esthetician, very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this place. After a facial and massage theres plenty of things to do in the same shopping center.
Recieved a deep tissue massage from Samantha few months back. She was extremely kind and she seemed knowledgeable about the therapy. No problems with calling to set up an appointment. Just booked an appointment for this Friday with Esther.
