Massage Envy - North Fontana

My massage therapist rocks. I love coming once a month. I joined as a member. Best decision I ever made! Staff is nice, attentive and helpful. Therapy rooms are neat and clean, the bathrooms are clean too. And the the therapy beds have warmers.love that!

Jan is by far, thee very best at knocking those knots out. Walked in after work tensed and walked out as if an angel had blessed me. Magical hands.

Great customer service at every visit that's why I make the drive to this location although I have one closer to me. Everyone is friendly and pretty much every therapist I've seen for my massages have made me feel comfortable. I always recommend this location to people I know

Overly expensive even with gift certificate. Products over priced. They need a more posh location to charge those prices instead of in a strip mall with a gym, a dental office, and a pizza joint.

My first time ever loved it Lord knows I needed it definitely adding this in my schedule from here on out Sam is wonderful went for my mother's day gift feeling refreshed staff was wonderful and nice everyone was very communicative so helpful and great atmosphere diffinetly recommend this place

Cancel my appointment 2 times with out notice I will show up and seat in there quiet room and after 10 minutes of seating they will come in and tell me they don’t have nobody available worst place ever

Beware of this company"s policies. I have been a member since Feb2018 and I completed the Rewards Card and my 10th massage was suppose to be FREE. The card even states FREE 60 MIN. I checked my credit card statement and I was actually charged for my free massage. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was told that I wasn't charged for the massage that the 70.00 was my membership fee. They try to mix words to make it all seem legitimate but it's a scam. They said I have 2 extra hours in my account but I will have to Renew to use them. I will not renew my membership. It's too bad because the massuse who is great at what she does works for such a dishonest company.

Been a member for a year and have had some amazing massages but can say that Jai hands down did such an amazing job reminded me of why I need to keep giving myself self care and continue my membership with Massage Envy. Thank you Jai.

I always have a great experience here with the front desk staff to the message therapists. They attend to all of your needs abs aren't pushy with the packages or memberships. I have seen Jamila and Andrew-they provide the right about of medium to firm pressure that I need for my sore joints/muscles.

Been going here a long time (just not as often as I'd like). Staff always very kind and efficient.

Natalie does such great work and She's so sweet. She's got a lighter hand, she explains everything she's doing to you to make sure you're comfortable. Nice and relaxing!

Super bad experience.
I poked my facial appointment at 9 pm and they cancel it for me because i did not give me CC number in the spot and the next day they put me for massage instead of facial.and all what they says is i am sorry lets do it another day.
I am sorry too but thats super stupid to waste people time for your mistakes

Everyone is friendly and professional. Heather is the best therapist by far from my experience. Pricey compared to other places but you get what you pay for.

My first visit I loved it so much that I became a member. My following visits weren't as cordial as my first and then getting cancelled one hour before one of my appointments and been told that I wouldn't get a penalty fee for getting cancelled just showed how unproffecional they can be. I'm just so disappointed with this place.
